The premium, mid-range smartphone segment in India has seen a surge in the number of launches lately. Infinix, a company known for its budget and mid-range smartphones in India, has launched its first premium smartphone in the country.
Infinix Zero Ultra 5G is the company’s most premium phone in India. The handset has some top-of-the-line hardware packed inside a tall body. The Infinix Zero Ultra 5G’s highlight features are its camera, fast charging and display.
The phone features a 6.8-inch full-HD+ curved AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate support. The company has used glass and faux leather for the back panel, while the frame is made of plastic.
There is a MediaTek Dimensity 920 SoC paired with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. The phone also features a 4500mAh battery with 180W fast charging support. The company claims that the phone charges completely in 12 minutes.
On the back, there is a 200-megapixel main camera, a 13-megapixel ultra-wide camera and a 2-megapixel portrait sensor. The handset also has a 32-megapixel front camera. The Infinix Zero Ultra boots Android 12-based XOS 12 out-of-the-box.
