Excellent product

Product is awesome but Installation service experience worst. Installation status was made "Done" without installing my machine. When asked what happened, they always replied the same: "Sir please wait for the next 24 hr, installation will be done, we are escalating the request". I have wait for 6 days but then also no technician visited or communicated me. Then I personally communicated IFB customer care, took the phone no. of local service centre, then communicated the service centre and the service centre sent a technician for the installation.
