Hv been using this machine since 1 year, Absolute no issues, very stable and super wash cycles.

Ifb top load machines are the best machines available in India. In our families we are using these machines of various capacities are working for the past many years. About this brand, customers can go ahead with any doubt.

Ifb company's service is very bad. I have purchased before 4-5 days, but person of company didn't come yet

I really dislike as it is defective or not working

�We have a new machine. Ont even an year old. The machine wobbles and starts moving. The water inlet is very small and it takes over 40 minutes to fill the tub. Video enclosed. There are all light clothes inside. For last 4 months, we have been booking for repair, but the Repair ticket is closed without repairing.The machine quality is bad, very bad. The performance is poor. We regret having purchased it.And, the service is worse. The service center will not even attend your calls.The mail to customer service is replied with an auto mail. Nothing else.Shoul avoid this product

Horrible product. Sounds like a masala grinder amazon took 10 days to deliver this stupid product and now when I want to return it the customer service guy is teaching me Amazon policies.Horrible horrible experience

Not to buy as machine motor got damaged in 8 days.
