Good performance

Though it's a little costly compared to other machines but works great. I didn't buy it through Amazon but purchased it a year back from an IFB dealer. Since then washing laundry has been fun. The installation was quick and prompt. It has variety of features including steam wash and removing pet hair. Also the UI is a little complicated initially but the user will get used to it. Like every other appliance, it requires personal care. Overall I will give it a 10/10 for it's wash programs and efficiency.

Purchased this product a month ago and no one has come to install the Storage Pedestal yet. The essentials(Detergents) provided in the Pedestal is expired 2 years ago. Expecting a replacement ASAP.

Bought this Machine from an Authorised Dealer of IFB. Machine was delivered after a delay of about 1 month (Yes, you read it right), that too after I wrote an email to the CEO of IFB. And now within one month of buying the Machine, the product has stopped working with clear malfunctioning / failure of its digital parts. Despite complaint to IFB, no service engineer has turned up even after 2 days and they claim service within 24 hours. Really Pathetic Product and Service from IFB.

Machine come as broken. Requested replacement from IFB. IFB has provided worst customer service. Called IFB customer care for 7 days every day 5 times speaking to all, but every body passed issue to others. Even escalation department is worst. i would never suggest to buy this or any IFB product. Wasted 60,000. IFB customer service come back after 8 days and said IFB do not offer any replacement if IFB product is bought on amazon.

Product yet to be seen as it is still lying packed for want of installation.
