Good Product from IFB in terms of its washing quality, Electric consumption ie for 2 3/4 hour of wash cycle at 40 degree temp it just took 0.8 KWH, and overall 70 ltrs of water including soaking.The only drawback i found was that it does not have weight sensor. (IFB has weight sensor only for SMART 8kg washing machine)

Product was properly delivered.Installed by IFB service executive on time. My suggestion is if Flipkart/whoever offers better price,we can buy from them. Service personnel is the same for local dealer/Flipkart. The challenging part is getting the product in good condition. I am hopeful that I got the product without any damages. Only durability will prove supplier and manufacturer credibility. Till now I am happy with product and Flipkart, let's hope for the best.

Amazing Machine. Washes clothes perfectly have been using from past 7 months. No issues yet. One thing I will like to mention that I have used other company machines as well the best thing I liked about this machine is that there are even more functions + it does vibrate and never displaces from its position while spinning.

Product looks good. Installation was done with little follow up. Technician was courteous. Machine looks good and is easy to operate.

Received the product with dents

Recently we purchased this 7.5 kg, the service is good by Amazon,but we purchased for 30,000/- ,but there are some additional expenses for fixing this machine nearly 5,000/- ... Stablizer,small water purifier,stand ...so before purchasing this ready for another 5,000 also...

Good Machine, but received damaged unit which was heavily dented. Also it was not looking new unit. Better to but directly from IFB store.

Need to spend additional amount for demo and installation which are not clearly mentioned in the product description page.Not happy with service from IFB customer care.

Ifb has the worst after sale service in India...I'm calling ifb people for some minor problems past fifteen days....32 calls i recorded...still now no response..if you buy a machine learn to repair on your own...

The product was defective when opened by the IFB engineer. I bought during a promotional cycle with some cash back. No exchange option was given to save the cash back and I had to place the order again with raised value.

Dear All,I am using this product and IFB dishwasher since 2015. It was working fine, But 2 weeks before my machine stopped working. since then I am calling IFB customer care every day. But no response. IFB support is very bad. the technician didn't respond. I am planning to take legal action against them. If you really make your life comfortable, It is my humble suggestion, please don't buy this product.
