Brought this with an awesome exchange value for my 10 yr old Samsung machine of RS. 7k. post xchange got this for around 23.5k. Flipkart did a great job in raising ticket for installation and safe delivery with no damage. installation guy was okay in terms of expaling the product functioning and we brought the descale powder and stand from him. stand was for abt 1.5k and have been using this for close to a month now and so far the wash quality seems to be very good. With my previous Samsung, coller areas won't get a good clean, but this one gives a greater cleaning. only disadvantage is that display is not there and we need to look at smart phone for time remaining. overall very happy with the wash quality. definitely would recommend this. proud addition in our family.

Machine giving electric shock from the day one after installation. Also after sale service by Ifb is pathetic. Please do not buy from the seller it seems defect/ returned item supplied by seller.

The phone app works on Bluetooth so not so far range. All over ok

I really liked the washing machine very much..It has good options and easy to operate and no sound during washing..Only thing is I didn't receive inlet pipe adapter..Raised complaint regarding the same and waiting for the missing part.
