I purchased this product on Sunday and Flipkart given delivery date was Tuesday and i am given option to choose the delivery timing, which I choose between 10AM to 12. Theydelivered by 10:30 AM. This is fantastic... Also Flipkart took care of informing IFB and IFB people came just in 1 day and installed Washing machine with Demo. Over all the service of Flipkart and IFB is too good, they are on time. I was little skeptical before buying, because there are some rumors on the service of IFB, if we buy through flipkart, IFB people will not respond. But this is not true. I am just started using this product, will post the review on the product soon. thanks.

When I wanted to purchase the IFB washing machine from flipkart, I was told that warranty is not applicable and the demo will take lot of time. But, to my surprise, I got a call from IFB Customer service before the delivery of the machine and warranty is not an issue. Excellent service by Flipkart

I have no complains about flip kart they were good at everything.. It's been 5 days and there has been no communication form IF. Chased and follow up still awaiting..product testing is out of question. It's been a bad bad experience stay away from IFB if you can. I usually don't bad mouth or write reviews however these guys have managed to tick me off.

Purchased this product after a lot of comparison with other makes and capacities. IFB stands out as per product reviews collated from long time users. Capacity is ideal for a family of 3 with all going out daily. Got a killer deal from Flipkart in exchange of old machine further sweetened by partner Banks doling out upfront discount. Got this at less than Rs. 23.5 grand. Local sellers just could not believe seeing the invoice! Product was delivered precisely as per requirement by Flipkart - Thanks a lot! Installation was arranged exactly within 48 hours of delivery by Flipkart! All along calls from Flipkart ensured that customer is satisfied with purchase - thanks once again for the splendid service level! Only caution is installer will try to push sell products which customer can do without! Will recommend this product to all future buyers!

That?s what a washing machine is made for, isn't it? What?s different with this one? Ok! I did not want anything different but more efficient and effective in doing what it does. Wash: Multiple iterations of water spraying, tumbling, and direction of rotation change and time gaps between doing these things do the job effectively. Rinsing: Seen cloths losing all soap or aroma thereof. Effective! Spinning: Drains water from clothes effectively. Drying time of cloths reduced by ~60% as compared to hand wash. The quality of wash improved so well that it?s observable in just couple of washes. I'm planning to buy cloth dryer to beat rainy season effect. Looking at one product performance other might serve the purpose as well.

Received the item in perfect condition and its working perfectly. Delivery by flipkart is delayed and received it after 2 weeks. Installation was done by IFB service person on the next day of receiving the item.

I got timely delivery and product quality was very good. I am using this product from last 2months without any problem.

Some delay in delivery due to festival time but was fine with it. And a lot better experience with IFB service than what i read in some reviews here. Person visited just the next day of delivery for installation and demo. Quite courteous and professional service. Product too good.

Flipkart Experience - Ordered it on 9th May and scheduled the delivery on 14th May between 6 and 10 PM. Delivered at 6:05 PM. Received the installation request message at 6:15 PM and with in 24 hrs, IFB representative called me and everything done seamlessly !!!. Great Commitment and perfect execution !!! IFB Experience - Response was quick. But as many users wrote, the representative trying to sell the accessories and I resisted everything and he left with a sad face. This needs to be taken care of. Product Experience - Just using it for one day. Result is brilliant !!! Have seen and heard more positive performance and reviews about IFB Products. 4 Year Warranty is a wow factor too !!! Bought this machine through Flipkart as I was getting a good deal. I must say Flipkart's service has been top notch. Prompt delivery within 2 days and then the IFB guy came for installation the very next day. I was using an IFB fully automatic for last 15 years without any issue and thus there was never a doubt when I was buying an IFB again now. Its still early days for me with this new machine and I'll update this review in a few days with more details around the functioning of the machine.

Very fast delivery. Demo and installation also done on same day. overall felt very happy. Right now no comments about the performance of IFB senorita.It is working good and i am using IFB washing machines for more than 20 years. So the performance of the senorita is as per the specification only.Only thing which i noticed was stagnant of soap bubbles in the door side after complete wash .This thing i never noticed in my old IFB machine. Overall good.

Its very good . Washes clothes cleanly. 3D wash and quck time wash 15 min is usful. Totally its good washing machine .

Product was delivered within 24 hours the delivery boy mr Nagraj was extremly helpful packaging and other formalities were at my expectation machine is awesome as discribed in the web that there is a blue light in the drum is not available in this model machine is so good that i will recomend others to buy you have to buy specified front loading detergent only to wash the installation guy came after a week and did not cross sell anyting over experience with me was awesome I am happy with you FLIPKART Drawbacks of the machine is that it makes sound similar to an aeroplane take off when it spins but the volume is low you have to keep the drum door open for half an hour after a wash to get the moisture dried rest all is best 5* to flipkart and IFB

Very Satisfied with the product. IFB demo team never showed up even after 45 days since delivery but the product is easy to use and does not need any additional help other than that of the manual.

I had ordered this product for Bangalore location, the product came in 1 day, and even the installation was done in 2 days. I had read many reviews like installation was not done, i think flipkat took that seriously and started tracking that themselves which was much needed. Coming to the product side, i have used the product for a month. Its simple to use with good build quality. As mentioned by others the installation guy would insist on getting the IFB stand which would cost 1.4k, it would be worth buying, as it would lessen the sound made by the machine when its in final spin mode. Overall its a good product.
