IFB 2 TON AC IS WORKING VERY GOOD.ITS COOLING IS TOO GOOD .BUT ONLY PROBLEM IS TRANSPORTING.TRANSPORTER DELAYED MORE THAN 10 DAYS TO DELIVER IT TO ME .

Product is good but bad service by delivery guy and worst service by installation people

Wonderful Service by IFB. Best part of this AC is super silent both indoor and outdoor units. Cools my 250 sq feet drawing room within 5 minutes to 24 degrees.

Delivery and installation on the same day. Amazing delivery and very quick installation. Product is OK. Working fine till now, been a week.

Overall good product. Though not chilling my hall, may be because of the size of the hall, but make the overall temoerature pleasant.Cons: the size of outdoor unit is HUGE, very huge. You have to place it at floor.It is installed in 3 days post delivery. Installation guy seems greedy, he didnt used the provided pipes & wires and charged me Rs 1600 extra for same. Installation guy even said not to tell customer care about this extra charges
