The air-conditioner doesn&#039t cool the room . The person who visited after initiating complaint insterted a digital thermometer which I use at home for personal use into the blower of the indoor unit which read 15.5 degree after 2 hours of ac on . But am trying to explain my room isn&#039t cooling and room temperature is at 26 degree just two feet away from the ac blower (indoor unit fan) ... But the engineer insists the ac is giving 15.5 degree Celsius at blower . I havent purchased an ac to keep the machine on my head right !? I needed an ac to cool the room . Despite paying 35000 rs this ac is just a piece of cooler . I&#039d rather purchase a symphony cooler if i need to use it straight facing my body all night for an effect ... The room is still at 26 degrees after two hours of use... Outside it&#039s 27 degree... In the evening in pune... Why do I need this ac after spending so much money ?! I use diakin and lg in my other rooms of my home ! Till date it does what it&#039s supposed to do ! Cool the room ! This is just so terrible and frustrating ! Please return my money !

Very good product..on time delivery.. free installation in 2 days..ifb odu stand costs you 1200 if required..cools 10*12 room in 10/15 min in normal mode but if you press super mode it cools room in 5min.. stabilizer needed as i got p1 error message during evening time due to low voltage so better to buy a good stabilizer.. Will write more about this after 2/3 month of usage...

Energy efficiency is 0, it is consuming 1 unit per hour, apart from that cooling is good and noise level low. It consumes actually 1200 watt/HR and it is not mentioned clearly on Flipkart.

Cooling is not efficient for 10*10 room even in 40�C temperature, don't know how will it work when temperature will rise!
