AC is super cool. It is value for money product. Only thing they charge extra amount for installation and stand which is additional cost along with the AC.

Excellent cooling, only thing is energy consumption of u use occasionally monthly u get bill amount 2.5k that is too much

As mentioned flipkart delivered on time within 3 days. So happy for that. Ac installation technician did good work and explained clearly about controls and settings. It takes less than 5 min to cool my room (10/12 size) Very less sound coming from outer when compared to others. Remote quality was very very poor I'll write my review again after usage of 3 months.

Your mileage may differ... I had a bad experience with installation... unprofessional. I had to go for this product mainly because of a remote that is old age friendly, but even here, major usability issues exists for example the timer always defaults to 6 hrs and one has to reduce it always, while in other ACs that I use it default to half hr and can be increased. For such premium price it does not even have both timer on and timer off buttons. Other design issues that my irk some are like the gaping gap when louver close after the ac is switched off, and it is not a fault but designed on purpose!! If you are not so much after the remote (like me), there are much better choices at this price range. Though I got it for a discount through bank offers and such, after owing it for a week, I feel I would have been satisfied only if this was around 35K max. TCL was going for 32K plus installation with phone app wifi etc but was not suitable for old age folks who want to operate it like a fan that is switch on if hot switch off if cold or just increase or decrease the chillness (their words).

Product is very...very..good..but installation person's very...very..bad..not qualified ..candidates for installation. But it dangerous to brand name damage

IFB AC is good but installation has done worsely, Installation persons fitted the AC in wrong direction, They fit in without listening to us. They have wasted the copper pipe they rounded it and kept between wall and outdoor unit and Water is draining inside the room. I am waiting for response from IFB Company for this damage.
