The ac looks good & cooling is ok. But aftersale service is outsourced to some unprofessional agents. They are very rude. You will have to beg like servent for your complaint. Plz avoid buying till the service improves.

Loud Noise...No Cooling ..The worst after sale service

I bought 1.5 ton AC in this summer...they took 15 days to install the AC. The AC is not working good...no cooling...loud noise... Complained through IFB APP and WhatsApp no... complained registered. No one came for service for 4 days...still waiting.

Sabhi logon se request h IFB ka Prodect mat le iske Prodect or ye company hi dustbin hae Main iss company ka ac le liya ab bhut pachta Raha hu IFB k ac ka cooling supermode bhi 30 jesa feel hota hae Or customer care ki service to April se complaint kar raha hu abhi tak koi solution nhi hua hae jab kuch bolte hae to maafi ases mangte hae jese ki kal hi hamari ac sahi hojayegi
