I had brought a auxus prime p-8000 mobile phone under ebay.in guarantee,on 4/02/2016 slno PSK2015091633 PAISAPAY ID 41825453882 i am facing lot of problem with this mobile and i am not recommended to anybody to buy this phone. Problem faicing 1) Battery overheating and discharging battery automatically. 2) while talking heating over 50degree 3) Now iam not using this phone because display is not working, I contacted to Mobile planet NIL-57, Malvia Nagar, New delhi but they refused to repair/replacement of display, telling this problems not covered under warranty and will charges Rs. 12,000/-. I assured that this problem is manufacturing defects. All your all ads gone waste and not true. I request concern authority to look into the matter urgently and rectify the issue PH: 9818976638

Dont by any axus product the costumor will be bocone bafoon after service chennai service center people will make you fool.this is my experiance.

WORST PHONE. MAIN FUNCTION OF A CELL I.E. CALLING/RECEIVING/SENDING SMS DID NOT WORK APART FROM OTHER FUNCTIONS. WORST PRODUCT AND WORST COMPANY POLICIES. NOT WILLING TO GIVE REPLACEMENT THOUGH HARDWARE PROBLEM IS CONFIRMED.

Not worth as the phone gets heated and the battery life is pathtic.on contacting the helpline they convince you that one does not know how to use a smartphone. Keep brightness to zero ,switch off the wifi etc. Not worth a try.

Not recommended, waste of money/time.... purchased mobile at 14000 but estimated cost of repair is 12000 for motherboard. within a year faced problem of battery over heating and quick discharge. need to send handset to Delhi for repair it may take 1 month time. i received handset in damage condition from service center. fingerprint sensor got damage and not working. Front screen guard with several scratches. only front camera is working i.e. i can view reverse image. back camera option is not appearing on screen. i berry service is found very very poor and not recommended for their service and quality. (Mumbai; Thane)

IN BUILT BATTERY HAVING POOR LIFE PERIOD. PURCHASED A PHONE 3 MONTHS BACK AND NOW BATTERY NOT WORKING. WASTE PRODUCT. DONT BUY IT
