Hi Everybody I like my Nuclea N2. I got my Black Nuclea N2 on 29/03/2014 around afternoon 12:20pm-01:00pm. Til now mobile handset (Nuclea N2), charger, battery & earphone have no problem. so many people complaints regarding poor battery backups but my nuclea n2 battery backup is good, I got one day battery backup when 3g singnal is on & without 3g I got one & half day battery backup. my uses is very limited, some time gaming like subway surf, temple run, candy crush etc, when I play subway surf than battery backup slightly dropped fast, but I play temple run than battery backup dropped normally. I use whats App 7-8 times per day. 8-10 times call receiving & out going call per day. 5-7 times net (wifi/mobile data both) use per day. 6-8 times sms per day. i not use generally 3g signal that means my 3g signal generally off. brightness level is zero not automatic brightness. WiFi always on. in this all conditions I got 1½ day battery backup.

I purchased this product from eBay since it was listed for 16K. iBerry offers 7 day refund policy BUT IT WILL DEDUCT 18%, so you are already at loss when you purchase this product. When I contacted iBerry, they said they cannot help me because I purchased it from eBay. I also messaged the seller on eBay the same time I emailed iBerry, still there is no response from that eBay seller. I thought I am still safe because of eBay guarantee, but it seems eBay guarantee is not valid for the products which have manufacturer warranty. To summarize, iBerry refuses to refund your money or will charge you 18%, seller will not respond and eBay guarantee will not cover this item. So you are totally tricked by these 3 frauds. Now, about the item. I will be honest. This has a few good features, but the battery life, Oh my god! If you are a gamer, the battery will last for hardly 2 hours. And they have claimed 3500mAh Lithium-Polymer battery, and in reality it is just a 1000 mAh Lithium-Ion battery. There are other faults too. The back camera which is claimed to be a 13 MP camera takes pics like a 2-3 MP camera. The front camera which is claimed to be a 8 MP is nothing more than a VGA. The earphones that come with this are really pathetic. You can buy another 200 Rs. earphone. To summarize, the battery life is so pathetic that it takes away whatever little good things that this phone has to offer. Sorry for this long review, but I hope I help someone in not getting tricked into this like I got. I am definitely going to consumer court for this, but I am not sure if that will help me. But please stay away from this. Cheers!

Pranjal Dutta (May 14, 2014) on Gadgets 360
I have filed a case under customer protection act for providing cheap li-ion batteries in place of li-polymer batteries as mentioned in their spec. All N2 customer can file a case on local consumer court or online http://core.nic.in/Complainant/CRegistration.aspx.

Vidyut Kumar Mudda (Apr 20, 2014) on Gadgets 360
I have bought this phone recently. Its true that battery is draining out though it has 3500mah.Probably all octacore phones may be having this problem as it requires more energy. It has one of the highest power battery among all octacore phones. SAR VALUE:0.41W/KG(HEAD),0.97W/KG(BODY). Wireless direct is there. we can also connect to HD TV. wireless charging present. NFC present good for its price we need fast upgradation to kitkat which they are assuring.

  • reg. battery MONITOR app.....
Sukhwinder Pal (Aug 12, 2014) on Gadgets 360
I don?t think ?.when i used an app called battery monitor it showed my phone has 1000 mAh battery? was a right statement put over by a customer on the below link??. as, since all batteries have different mAh capacity, so, the apps like battery monitor usually define it as 1000 as a reference point, which can / should be changed if you want proper mAh monitoring yourself. That 1000 mAh is same for all (even for myself also), & needs manual adjustment as per specific monitoring requirements??. So, it should not be mis-interpretted. Rest, except Xolo Q3000 claiming 4000 mAh (size of battery is also big as per various reviews)??? I don?t think any phone as on date will give you backup more than a day at max. All batteries end-up after 10-20 hrs depending upon your usage???..!!

  • Worse & Bad Phone Ever
Hruaia Chhimbal (Mar 10, 2015) on Gadgets 360
I bought this phone from ebay. I still regret that i bought this phone with a High Price@Rs.15,990. I have lots of complaint about this phone. 1st- The battery is said 3500mAh, but this is not true, when fully charged it drained after 3 or 4 hours using 3G network as it should have been 6 hours or more, i have to recharged it at least 3 to 4 times a day. Also i need to carry power bank anywhere. 2nd- The rear camera has bugs that when using flash camera sometimes hangs and the screen goes white, and the result of the rear camera is not as good as it is mentioned, the 13mpx camera quality is not very good, photo always has a greenish color result, while front camera works fine. 3rd- The 2GB RAM and the 1.7Ghz Octa Core processor is not that fast as expected. It becomes easily hot while playing games and using a heavy applications. 4th- The SD card slot is not working properly, sometimes the card is not detected and become as if it is empty and need to restart the phone. 5th- Android 4.2 seems to be outdated soon, no update notification or news has not been prompted from the manufacturing company. I have visited their website frequently about the software update but nothing new till today. It seems the company has dramatically forgotten completely about this bad phone. So, if anyone trying to buy this phone, i suggest you opt for another company. I also assumed that i will never ever buy iBerry product again.

  • Useless Phone..
Monu Jain (Jan 9, 2015) on Gadgets 360
Iberry is cheating customers by providing these cheap handsets instead of one which are shown on the site. The battery is very disappointing, while using wifi it drains from 50% to 15% in just 20-25 minutes, the camera is also worst. The image taken from the primary camera becomes greenish and also not very clear. The company has also cheated by not giving upgraded operating system which they had promised.

Jitesh Babel (Jan 3, 2015) on Gadgets 360
hi, I bought the phone online from company website a no of faults in the phone 1) all reviews are true for the battery backup. worst ever... its not more than 350 mah, will show 30% in few hours and then down to zero in minutes. had to invest in extra wires for charging in office, car and a power bank for charging on the move. a good battery should be replaced and provided free of cost to all users 2) no upgrades to software. 3) camera is a total waste. 4) call quality is nothing good to speak about. so guys never go for cheap companies and products like this iberry.. non existent company...

Iberry phone company is a CHEAT Company. They said Nuclea n2 phone to updated to KitKat 4.4 within March, 2014. This is yet to be done today 3rd Nov 2014. You can never get to speak to anyone other than the morons on the helpline. The company is in hiding. Consider : Why did you choose this rating ? What did you like or dislike? • Do not buy the phone !!!! Poor post purchase service. Component prices unbelievable.
Ramify Costa (Oct 27, 2014) on Gadgets 360
Battery dies out in 8 hours. Customer service representative are not trained to handle customer query. The cost of parts of Auxus phone are costlier than the premier high end phone. Just the screen replacment cost you close Rs9000. They have only one service centre and the phone parts are out of stock mostly. Even the basic back cover for the phone to protect from slightest fall is not available in the Market. Poor service and unreliable handset. No firmware upgrade released either. Refrain from buying this phone and save money.

Sachin Khanna (Oct 14, 2014) on Gadgets 360
I has pre-ordered the same in June on ebay despite reading bad reviews. As on internet you always get mixed reviews and its everyones personal experience and perception about the quality. I was very happy for initial 2 months and then nightmare started - The battery drains suddenly to zero and on restart shows some abnormal value and on running some application again phone shut downs. - The front screen glass has started coming out without any damage or fall. - Side metal finish is showing cream colored plastic from below. - The camera is very very poor equal to VGA. The phone does not deserve buying. The company shall be booked for cheating on wrong specification. Giving Rating is compulsory so One star for superb display quality for which I had bought it.

  • IN WORKSHOP MORE THAN 2 MONTHS 'WAITING FOR PARTS'!
Debashis Gupta (Aug 21, 2014) on Gadgets 360
I had the misfortune to pre-book iBerry's Auxus Nuclea N2 when it came out in Jan.'14. While they charged the credit card immediately, the phone was not delivered in the promised 15 days but actually took 1.5 months to arrive, in early Mar.'14 (and that too without a back cover which, after a complaint, was delivered some days later). After use for less than 2 months, it froze one fine day in early June. The local (Gurgaon) workshop gave it back after a week. But within a couple of days it started giving signal problem - very low signal strength. Submitted again at the workshop in mid-June'14, it was reportedly sent by them to 'Delhi workshop', where it is lying since then, reportedly "Waiting for parts" (from where, God knows!). Repeated complaints to the workshop as also to Iberry Channai have proved useless - they just keep giving dates without actually giving back the phone. I've sent them a notice, and am in the process of filing a complaint at Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum. Stay well away from this company's products - seems they don't have any infrastructure (even their so called 'service centres' are shared with other companies) or even parts to service the products they sell.

Mayank Paliwal (Aug 12, 2014) on Gadgets 360
Hi there i am having this phone since Mar 14. Let me tell u one fact about this phone "THIS IS THE WORST PHONE EVER MADE IN THE HISTORY OF MANKIND". Mind you , all specs are fake Nothing works as per given specs. Battery is mere a 100 mah li ion battery which will not even give u a backup of .5 hrs with gaming, else 3-4 hrs. Camera quality is pathetic. The worst among st everything is the support. Recently i had given my mobile for repair of its speaker phone and i got it back in 43 Days !! the customer support has also withdrawn its support due to poor backup from company. God help iberry user in Hyderabad now.. please don't ever do the mistake of buying this phone

Ravindra Thavasar (Jul 29, 2014) on Gadgets 360
Within 1 month of buying, the phone started giving problem. It restarts anytime again and again, even in between running call. 13 mega pixel doesnt give that clarity. End of the day it was my fault to trust an unknown brand. I will be visiting service center to fix the problem, so will let you know about service center experience. Lets see.

I bought the N2 just 1 week back, the battery life is too worst. if you are a android developer and wanted to use this device for development purpose, don't buy it. because it has no device drivers too. support team always responds very fast but always says that it will take 10 - 15 working days for any question, even if you call after 15 days also they say the same response. I don't know who trained them.
