It's amazing product. You can get the experience of LAPTOP in very low price. The dealing of both companies (FLIPKART and I BALL) is very good. They did the best to solve my problem related to this product. Their guidance related to this has been useful to me.

The product is ultra superb in all aspects, but a little pros is, Using it while charging the keypad cursor little shaky... it's quite irritating:(

I am a student & I had bought this compbook (notebook) in September 2016 & it has served me well considering the specs, it's compactness & it's specific usage. And it's only recently that I have faced some technical glitches that needs to be noted for someone who wants to invest on this product for LONGTERM casual/student/uni/college life usages: PROS: - compact & slime. - literally fits on your lap. - EXCELLENT battery life (almost like a MacBook Air) - VERY loud speakers considering it's size - smooth usage - external drives can be used - screen resolution is perfect for watching 720p, can lag at 1080p videos. CONS (over the years): - The power cord may malfunction (as it has for me) in a way that it may not charge your netbook unless the wire is connected to it at a certain angle. - some of they keys have suddenly stopped working, and it may happen with usage (I type a lot) so make sure to invest on a external wired mini (or normal) keyboard. - the on/off might create a problem, because of the installed battery, as well where you will have to take it to a technician (should your iBall warranty expire). - the back portion is tightly screwed & sealed so unlike regular laptops, you cannot physically take out the batter should you have to. That's about it because with even the cons, the product as a whole is 100% workable & hasn't let me down ever. It is dedicated for my student works & works absolutely fine when it comes to it's versatility & flexibility in a long term usage cause think about it - a budget CompBook with these specs, lasting for 2 years with some manageable technical hardware issues? That's more than what you signed up for. So I'd still suggest you to go for iBall's CompBook as your dedicated office/student notebook. Hope this helps!

keyboard not working sometime

It appears quite cheap. The mouse is okay but the keyboard has bad quality keys which look like they'll come out any minute. Since the price is less I wont complain much. I guess its ok overall, but I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

Really small charging cable. It's less than a metre :( just like Mobile charger. Memory and RAM is less too. Rest all features descent.

i was going to purchase a lightweight laptop for travelling purpose. so opted this but just crosschecking it showed this is actually 1.46 kg . not 1 kg u have mentioned here..pls correct it..

i received this laptop laptop is working good but it's charger is duplicate. i claimed to return but due to my badluck i went outside of jaipur that's why i m not able to get change this material. this charger not not working and without charger we cann't able to use this laptop. i m fully confident that seller change the charger in the box and put the duplicate charger in the box.
