Bought from amezon.com recieved on next day. No issue at all. Working perfectly . Very much setisfied with the price 18000/- . internal storage is only 64 gb. Should have been 128 gb atleast. Rest all ok . I have added 128 gb memory card. And i have 1 tb hard drive. Thats ok for my needs

This laptop is an amazing purchase in it's current purchase rate. It's not very heavy. It's portable, and flexible. Additionally, it is nice and sleek as well as slim. It works great as a tablet as well. I loved the finger-print sensor. The volume of the laptop is really amazing.The only drawback I felt was the placement of the power button. But with time you get used to it.Overall it is a perfect buy!Unfortunately, instead of giving a type C USB cable, they sent in a standard USB cable which obviously won't fit the slot. I tried charging with a type C USB cable, but it did not get charged.

It's an amazing product. For the best, you get the best of everything. I was very skeptical before buying.. But it outshines in all aspects. Worth every penny!! One of best things till date that i have purchased on amazon.

Recently bought this laptop via amazon on lightning deal primarily for my office work.Pros:1. Portability and weight: Weighing at 1.5kg approx, its quite light compared to many other laptops. Screen size of 13 inch might be a compromise for some but its quite sufficient in my opinion.2. USB Type C Charging: Apart from an old-school proprietary charging cable, you can also charge your device with a type C cable but would need a high voltage charger.3. Touch screen: The screen quality is not the best out there but it is bright and clear enough and a touch screen display for this price is a steal right now.4. Battery life: Battery life is good enough at 4-5 hours with casual browsing and watching youtube videos etc and some light tasksCons:1. After using it for a while in an AC environment, it can heat up a bit on the left side but in regular environment, the heat might increase depending on the outside temperature.2. Keys are not the best. They are okay to use but no backlit might cause a problem in dim environmentsNeutral point:The performance on this laptop is not the best obviously but for this price point, its really good enough especially with 4GB of RAM. The storage as well is decently fast and the laptop boots within 15-20 seconds. If you can spend it a bit more, I would recommend buying a WD 120GB m.2 SSD and if its not possible, go for a MicroSD Card with at least 64 GB of storage.

Not visible.Speaker grill are looking very Bad. should be minimal like other edges.Convertible laptop. I like only standard Design...Placement of finger print sensor .occupied 20% of TouchPad area.

I am very pleased to order such a mini laptop through Amazon. It's design, sound quality, touch screen response, performances are awesome. It's unbelievable to get such a laptop at this price. Once again very very thanks to the Amazon team for the product like this at this price and also for delivering the product very fastly. The only thing i want the Amazon to take more care is about the packing of the product otherwise perfect.

Great laptop at this price point

Features like SSD, fingerprint sensor and touch screen gives you better user experience. It is also thin, light weight and looks good. Good battery backup 7-9 hours depending on usage. Option to add MicroSD (upto 128GB) or faster M.2 SSD (Size: 2242) is a great add-on. I've installed a 120GB M.2 SATA SSD bought from Amazon (Rs 2999) for all my data needs. It's USB 3.x ports supports external HDDs without any issues (tested 2TB / 4TB drives).The integrated graphics chip (HD 505) could decode all the video files (H264/H265/HEVC - 1080p / 4K) without any stress. Playback is smooth when the decoding is handed over to Graphics chip instead of CPU. [You can do this is Media Player Classic, by changing video decoder to hardware accileration (DXVA). I use Klite Codec Pack which comes with the above mentioned MPC-HC]. Processor as well as graphics included is not meant for gaming.. So, don't.Processing power is lower than core i3, but way better than atom (which was in my 3+ year old 2 in 1 PC - Micromax Canvas LapTab). But this will be able to get normal tasks like word/excel, browsing, YouTube, movies etc. done.Laptop comes with MS Office Installed, but it is not activated. You need to purchase it from Microsoft.Windows 10 installed is of 2018 release and there are a plenty of updates pending. So you may need to put the laptop for updates for a day or two (depending on your internet download speed).

Amazing battery life(6-7 hours ). Touch works perfectly. Touchpad sometimes misbehaves but almost 95% it works perfectly. Bought it in ₹15549/- in offer. Sometimes there is heating issue but it's obvious in all laptops. Literally this iBall machine surprised me with its performance.

It is a good product. This laptop worked well for me but it crashed every 2 months , the 3rd time, finally the service center guy in Trivandrum took effort and fixed it , he told me he had to change some parts including motherboard, anyways after that my child is always healthy 😁 I love this laptop. Thecompany just have to find the hardware issue and solve it, and these laptops sure will find its takers. I know the company is no more but I wish iBall comes back with such amazing featured , affordable laptops made in India❤️Earlier review:This was an amazing product and was value for money until it just stopped working yesterday. I bought it in Feb this year, its been only few months, but it is not switching on since yesterday night.😭 That's the reason for 1 star, otherwise would have given 5 stars for its performance, was best for my usage.Update:Then , I got a replacement but that also stopped working in two months . It is in their service center for last 3 weeks and the guy keeps saying the parts haven't arrived when I enquire about it. Not a happy place to be in!Update 2:Finally got it after 2 months , working well till now.(8months) 🙂

Hardware is very strong

EXCELLENT PRODUCT

Design Wise it's awesome looking, slim not too bulky.Touch screen works good but experience isn't that smooth, battery back up is approx 3 hours when watching you tube and approx 5-6 hours on browsing internet.Overall it's a good laptop for normal day to day use.

Good product, nice design, very handy, didnt expected to be 8hrs of backup. With normal brightness am able to use the laptop for 8hrs. I recommend this product.
