This is an awsome tablet. Blazing fast, great for gaming and media. The speakers sound is great and battery life is crazy. Definitely a top tier tablet for a fraction of what you pay for the top brands.

Probably the best table out there right now. I love that it comes with 4gb of ram, plenty for multitasking. Screen is excellent all around with great black level for an lcd. The color and grayscale is pretty accurate with the warm color setting. The touchscreen is absolutely perfect. Very accurate and sensitive but not overly sensitive like some. Battery is nothing short of amazing! This thing lasts through the day with heavy use, no problem. Build quality is top-notch. Speakers sounding great but the position could have been better if they were on the other side like the 8.4" version. The power and volume buttons are a bit off with it's location imo. I can confirmed that Netflix and Amazon does not play on full HD. But I did contact them and they said that updates were getting pushed out slowly to fix this issue. If you're on the wall about getting a new tablet don't hesitate this is the one.

Had the tablet for about 3 weeks now. Cannot be more please with the performance, battery life, and body to screen ratio. Already recommend this product to friends. Previously used a Samsung s3 tablet. Personal preference is this Huawei tablet.

I like it. Everything is running smoothly and it's snappy. The audio quality is great around the house and I love using it to enjoy all my media.

Husband loves it. He found no issues using Bluetooth keyboard as well as Bluetooth ue boom at the same time without slowdown or hiccups. Good sounds!

I did a lot of research before I purchased this wonderful tablet, to replace my antiquated Asus tablet, which couldn't upgrade past android 4.1, which caused constant freezing of screen. I was disappointed to learn that my Asus was not upgrade able, so.....the search was on. And I searched, quite a bit, until I found this Huawei tablet. I had never even heard of the brand, so I was kind of leery to even consider this one. But, after receiving this amazing tablet.......the rest is history. I love it! I love the sound! I love the photo qualities, the videos, the ease of using this great item....I am so pleased with it. Finally, a product with the promise of great quality, and delivers on it. I recommend this Huawei tablet to one and all........you certainly will be happy that you did! :-) (check out the tons of reviews/videos on this and you will see for yourself why this is the one I purchased).

Best tablet we have ever owned from apple to Microsoft to Other Android tabs...... The display quality, construction and sound are the absolute best I have ever used. We heavily use tables for business and downtime and we have yet to have the battery die. Apple could sure learn something from them. The Hybrid OS design is a great blend this go around. Samsung tabs are only in the market because there aren't many options really..... I will never buy a tablet from one of them again

Tablet is great for all platforms. Good camera. The only negative comment is that the battery could be more durable. It loses charge too quickly when gaming. My old Samsung of 3 years has better battery life. A lot though it's not a bad flaw but just be aware.

I had a Galaxy Tab S 10.5 for years that I loved but it finally died. I looked at a lot of tablets and this appears to be the only real competitor to the Galaxy Tab S4 or the Apple Pro Tabs. The S4 was way too expensive and did not have a fingerprint reader WTH. i don't do apple products, so I decided to try the Huawei. Very pleasantly surprised, a good screen, unbelievable quad speakers, fantastic battery life, very responsive accurate fingerprint reader, Android 8.0, not a lot of bloatware, USB type-c and Quick Charge 3.0, great tablet for the price.

I'm now fully converted to Huawei's product line. Half the price and all the best hardware. The tablet is fast and smooth but there's a lot of goodies you won't see on the specifications summary. The screen is gorgeous. You could show me a picture of a turn on this screen and I'd be like 'hey, its not that bad'... Everything looks better on this screen thanks to their unique algorithm based dynamic contrast. The screen is also fully laminated so there is no air gap and it's super responsive. The speakers are Harmon kardon and are hands down the best audio I've heard on any tablet. Huawei software is commitment free (that's right apple) and works perfectly. Good bye Samsung and apple.

Such high quality!! This is a beautiful device. Note that there's no headphone jack, but it does come with a dongle for your headphones

Great product for the price, works fiercely fast with games and apps, not so much bloatware, definition is outstanding and battery life is great... I used it extensively for work, aviation flight planning, charts and study apps. I get to use a 40% battery a day... to recharge the rest 60% it takes less than an hour to get 100%, quality construction is beyond expectations. Harman Kardon sound is awesome! way to loud to play anything at 100%, very light and portable, fingerprit security works flawlessly... Ipad performance with android at less than half price... can't beat that!.Minor flaws: the location of the volume keys should be located on top of the device using it in panoramic view, right controls are sometimes awkward to use, keys could be a little more sensitive and not too hard to push for use.Volume settings are not precise... lower setting is 7% which sometimes is too loud... Solved it using a precise volume app.Charging chord is too short.No audio jack for standard headphones is a big fail.... adapter is included but you are limited to plug it to the charging port.... A dealbreaker for most people.No MS Office products installed like in other devices such as Xiaomi products.

Was looking for a decent tab for booking reading and found this gem. This does not just fulfill my requirement but offers a lot! After finding mediapad m5 started comparisons with ipad/galaxy and found this one offers the best specs at best price. If you are an android fan and looking for a tab, go for it

If you are looking for a really good android tablet for a decent price than this is the one to get. Extremely satisfied with this device.

holds 256 gb sd card can put over 132 full movies in it plays movies clear and sound great also use it for a fl studio music production program it is amazing

We liked the colorful screen and its sound, clever operating system. Solidly built with great performance, system 8.0. It's Huawei 9.1 update is coming soon for this tablet and other devices. 👍😊

Everything I wanted in a tab came packaged with this one. I only wished it had more ports.

The wifey loves it! She upgraded from a Samsung Tab-A 8.0 to this Huawei 10.8, though, so go figure. She of course says that it's super-quick and responsive, sounds great and is generally a much more enjoyable experience. And when she's happy, I'm happy, get it? Only problem we're having is finding a good screen-protector that'll fit the curved edges of this device. I ordered one that came up in the 'Frequently Bought Together' suggestions, and it's O'kay, but it leaves the edges of the screen 1/8" all the way around with air under it. If you look at the user-reviews you'll see pics from some of them that shows the situation. I also picked up the other suggested item for this tablet, the protective case, and it's rather cheap, so it looks like I'll be shopping again for a better one. From what one user said, there's a seller on ebay who's selling the case/keyboard for under $90 so I might snag one of those, too.Anyway, the tablet arrived on time and was boxed well. And is definitely a brand-new Huawei M5. I did set the tablet up for my wife, so I can attest that it's a rather nice Android device. Would definitely recommend for people who want something comparable to the latest Samsung (or even Apple iPad) but who don't want to shell-out $700-$1,000.

I tried a Fire10 and a Lenovo Tab 4. They were frustrating in their speed and limitations. The Huawei, however, is incredible. Great speed, sound and the display is awesome. Yes, it costs more but the performance makes up for it. It truly is a frustration free tablet!!!

No issues with Bluetooth and WiFi, tried on Hulu today and worked perfectly, also fine with Netflix and Prime Video. Nova Launcher works great with no issues. So far very happy with this tablet! Beats my Samsung Galaxy Tab A which ran out of space, on this I have still have plenty of space left with the same apps and more

I use this product solely for streaming PUBG Mobile games. I play on Huawei MediaPad M5 and stream using my computer via AirServer. Quility of the game so good and smooth, just best game experience I ever had so far. Closest one was iPad Air2, which I sold. The screen ratio on Huawei MediaPad M5 is the best in its size, not a phone of course. Price is very reasonable, sound coming out of it is just amazing. No need external blue tooth speakers if you don't have them.
