Honor V9 Play mobile was launched in September 2017. The phone comes with a 5.20-inch touchscreen display offering a resolution of 720x1280 pixels. Honor V9 Play is powered by an octa-core MediaTek MT6750 processor. It comes with 3GB of RAM. The Honor V9 Play runs Android 7.0 and is powered by a 3000mAh non-removable battery.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Honor V9 Play on the rear packs 13-megapixel camera. It sports an 8-megapixel camera on the front for selfies.

The Honor V9 Play runs EMUI 5.1 is based on Android 7.0 and packs 32GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded via microSD card (up to 128GB). The Honor V9 Play is a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards. The Honor V9 Play measures 147.90 x 73.20 x 7.65mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 145.00 grams.

Connectivity options on the Honor V9 Play include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, Bluetooth v4.10, 3G, and 4G. Sensors on the phone include ambient light sensor, gyroscope, and compass/ magnetometer.
