  • Not many similar options within CDMA + GSM space.
Manish Saxena (Apr 14, 2014) on Gadgets 360
While I was looking forward for NDTV's review on the product, which I couldn't locate, I found some errors in the specifications which have been provided here. Desire 700 has 2 SIM slots out of which first one supports both CDMA and GSM. Similarly 3G is available on SIM1, and SIM2 supports 2G only. This seems to have been incorrectly specified at the NDTV site. Having said that, though high on price, I feel the product is very good for CDMA users - given that there are not many smartphones available today with similar features in CDMA space. If you are just planning to use it for GSM networks, then you may have better options - within HTC or outside too.
