I bought HTC 501 few days back, purchase at a price of 15200 from a retail store. Very impressive phone, Solid, Nice looking, Very clear 4.3" LCD display, and handy. But little worried about battery while using internet, video calling and recording. The camera performance is outstanding, 8 MP camera with lots of good futures like landscape, portrait, back light, night, macro, HDR, Panorama & Group Portrait.1.15 Gz processor with 1 GB ram and 16 GB internal storage, expand to 64 if you want. Overall this phone is value for money, Handy & Decent looking.

this phone is a decent one . this phone has a decent features in 16k range. look of phone is also nice. it is must buy phone who is interested in htc . but it comes with 4.1.1 android jelly bean. battery backup is also nice. i will recommend this phone.

HTC desire 501 comes with a 4.3" screen.The look and feel is good ,but there needs to be better panel options available.Its quick in starting and there is no lag while playing games such as temple run.The screen resolution is good and amazing viewing angles.The phone is sleek and the screen proportions are good for viewing videos.The camera does a good job but not as good as lumia.The zoom feature is not smooth and snaps at various points which is uncomfortable at times while taking shots.The video resolution is 720p.The 8 megapixel camera and led is at the rear and the front facing 2megapixel does perform good for selfies.The phone comes with 8gb storage and is expendable upto 32 gb.The dual micro sim and the memory card is accessed by removing the panel.The phone even though mentions beats audio it is not supported for all videos without the handsfree.One set of speaker on the front panel and one on the back.The box comes with the phone,handsfree and charger but without a manual.Overall I would say this is a good phone and good to hold.

Stylish but performance is not good. I had used this phone for 1 year. It hardly have any software updates.

this device is a faulty device. i have bought this phone on 12 of march for about 17k. and with is 15 days i cant hear anything from ear piece. i checked other phone then i realize that my device has some thing wrong. i send it to service center with complain number 14INA210006690. and they repair my phone and send me back. now again the display has lost, nothing appear on screen. this time complain number is 14INA240004069. i have send my device twice in 3 months of buying. and lost all my contacts and other data twice. all i am doing now, is going to service center and calling help center for follow up of my device. i have lost my mental peace since i have bought this device. and when i ask them to replace my device they told me not possible. htc phone as well as there after sale service is worst of all. i seriously dont recommend any one to buy this phone as well as any phone from this company.
