I purchased this laptop for my son for Christmas. It is easy to navigate through, excellent screen display and very fast. Its actually better then my Acer laptop hands down! I've never purchased an HP before but I am so impressed by the quality and speed, I will have trade up now!

Got here in time. Has windows 10 and word at that price. Ca just drop it in my bag and noone wil know i have a computer, small and light.

I'm very sorry I didn't want to return this items I want to keep this one it was another order I had I want to return because it isn't working properly.

Writing, email, online shopping and Internet searches. Dealing with Google email is a nightmare but that is certainly not the manufacturer's fault.

Had a relative in Texas receive this for me. I ordered a label through UPS to bring it to Guam. It arrived safe and sound, just a small delay considering the weather conditions in Texas.Great for my 9yr old to use for her distance schooling. Compact yet big enough to do all she needs it to do (Zooms, Google Classrooms, Google Drive activities, etc.)I found a simple tutorial to get out of S Mode and she is now able to get things done! Only concern is it gets pretty heated on the far left of keyboard but I believe that's normal with the start up and laptop working to update and do its thing.
