The laptop is overheats constantly even when it is idle and no activity is performed on it. The area between the screen and the speaker gets so hot that one cannot even touch it. Also, the sound through the speaker cracks a lot and is not clear. One top of this, even though the picture quality is great the screen has a very strong yellowish tint which is really irritating. I have tried every possible way to get rid of the the yellow tint but to no avail.I bought the laptop after having watched many favorable reviews on YouTube and hence it comes at great shock that such a premium laptop has such glaring defects! I would warn everyone to at least physically check the laptop at a store before purchasing it.

Too much cost, we can buy Mac book for that cost.Xiamoi will going to manufacture same gaming laptop in future at lower cost.

Why would anyone buy this at this price? It doesn't even have dedicated graphics. Not even optional HDD. This configuration in other brands like Acer/Lenovo is available at half the price. This laptop is only worth 50k and not more than that and is available at that price in other markets. These laptop manufacturers slap an exorbitant price only on Indian consumers.

No doubt, the product is good(As it is a flagship model). Received a defective item though. Shame on HP. It's been a week since I'd ordered for a replacement. The technician has been done and nothing is been done after this. It's very unprofessional of Flipkart to keep your valuable Customers waiting. Hence, it would be natural from our side to look for an alternative online platform to buy products in the Future. Highly disappointed! UPDATE: Within 200 days, the bottom panel came out on its own.Very brittle , delicate and substandard built quality.After paying 1.2 Lacs , HP made a fool of the valid customers. And the customer support team regrets their ability to resolve the issue quoting the warranty terms and conditions . The customer service team is too pathetic in response and responsibility with a multi-layer levels doing perfectly nothing to support the customer. NEVER DO THIS MISTAKE IN YOUR LIFETIME.
