One of the best laptops available!

It seemed quite expensive. But it's worth every penny. Superb looks. Great performance. I dropped it once so it has a sratch on the lid. Did face a glitch with the display but HP support was excellent.

Superb product but a lil hot to handle

I surely would praise the laptop as it has superb built-up quality and no much issues with the laptop except that it gets too hot even during minor processings. Secondly the price at what this laptop is placed in India is tremendously high as compared to those in the other countries specifically the United States. It's been almost 2 months using the laptop and I've not come across any other issues than this. One more thing, this laptop comes with only 1 year warranty whereas HP does provide 3 year manufacturer warranty in other series model. I feel that HP could have worked on this by providing a minimum of 3 year warranty on these type of high end laptops.Lastly, there is only one USB port 3.0 and 2 type C 3.1 port. This might make you run for spending approx 7K-10K more for purchasing a type C hub which includes all necessary ports that a decent laptop has.

was ridiculously bad. I like how powerful the computer is but ...

I was hoping for a powerful laptop which would've lasted for years at a stretch. But unfortunately, when I bought the Hp Spectre x360, thinking it would last for how long I expected, it totally backfired and was dead in nearly 5 months of its arrival from amazon. We gave it to HP and talked to the service head but the quality of service (along with the weak consumer rights in India anyways), was ridiculously bad.I like how powerful the computer but its bad design and quality just cancels it out. DO.NOT.BUY AND WASTE $1300 ON THIS LAPTOP.

Very disappointed in this product.Pros - Few.1. Good screen size2. Not too heavy3. Smooth movement into tablet modeCons - Very many.1. Firstly, there is no Microsoft Office - only a TRIAL 1 WEEK version. Paying 1.2 LAKHS for this product and not getting any simple amenities.2. Slow response to opening any window3. Retinal / iris scanner on opening the laptop - works only 10 times.. After that, stop recognizing. Have to put the pin or restart the laptop.4. Tablet mode is a waste. Half of the apps do not work. And it takes time for the shift to occur.5. Hot hot hot. Have to keep it on a table, or use oven mits if carrying it around. Heats up so quickly. Do not keep it on your bed / mattress.6. Trackpad - stops working many times. Scrolling, zooming, even clicking - doesn't work 2-3 times a day.7. Is very buggy, has very old looking windows updated in it.8. No applications of use are pre-installed. All that are there are waste of space applications. This laptop can only be used by people who are very technically skilled. It is not a all users friendly laptop. For this amount of money, kindly go buy an Apple laptop. They are much more reliable, customer and user friendly. The only pro in this is the convertible screen. But as I have mentioned above there is no big benefit in that because what can you use with it?
