Keys stopped working after delivery and return window closed ... now running around looking for a HP store ... cannot find one and the numbers dont work ... And Then ... Realised that everything is online, single call to Amazon and HP was informed, excellent service from Amazon and HP. Came home and replaced Everything, and did not even have to ask or do anything !!! Excellent laptop and excellent service from HP and Amazon and Appario. Highly Impressed !!! Highly recommended ... Love it ❤️

Hi all one of the best product I can get at this price range. I have not used this Laptop for gaming so no comment on this section.The packing was good and was delivered in time.I am a wildlife photographer and I took this laptop mainly for my editing work. Software's like, ADOBE AF, LIGHTROOM, PHOTOSHOP, FILMORE 9, works awesome. Editing work does on smoothly and I have personally not found any lagging and happy with the performance.The sound quality is louder and very clearThe finger print sensor works very quick and fine.The display quality is top class and while watching HD AND 4K videos you will definately enjoy.Only one drawback is it does not has a LAN port. You need to use wifi only.The touchscreen works awesome and very smooth. I really enjoyed it using in tablet mode. As a photographer it avoids carrying my tablet as the laptop itself converts into tablet .You get office 365 free of lifetime license but outlook is web version.You get a orignal liscened version of windows 10 OS.Battery backup is good i i am getting around 4 to 5 hours.Over all I am happy with the performance of the laptop and I give 4.5 stars.

i?m using this product last one year and i really satisfied from this. i?m working everyday very heavy work on this and i use it?s RAM and GRAPHICS 7,8 hours everyday continuesly

It's perfect piece for me

This is really nice laptop, touch screen, battery life & fast processing, compact, nice look, but the display (screen) color is half white which is creat eye pain.

heating issue is there..no SSD.OTHERWISE VERY GOOD.LOOK -EXCELENTCONVINIENT.

Battery is very poor ...

It was my right decision to invest in this laptop. Built quality is good. It has a fast processor and very easy to carry.There are two drawbacks which need to improve 1) fingerprint scanning is poor 2) ventilated fans are on backside , when using on the bed or with a pillow ,it gets blocked causing the laptop to heat faster.
