Great product. Windows wasnt activated which got avtivated after connecting to internet. Looks amazing, sleek and fast. Delivered much ahead of expected delivery date. REVIEW AFTER 10 MONTHS OF USE. Hard disc issue now. As per service centre, need to replace hard disc. Left laptop in the service centre. lets see

A very intelligently designed product. Compact and powerful. Though the processor is from the 2016 intel family but works smoothly with MS Office and other day to day apps. Highly recommended

Excellent product...durable metal cover. Very fast OS and easy to use. I5 7th gen is more than required for home use. As usual flipkart delivered in 3days. Best sound quality. Nice buy Con... not a great gaming laptop.

Everything is so very nice in this laptop be it it's touch, ram, display, weight, colour etc etc. If they had given atleast a 16 GB ssd, it would have been a icing on the cake. Because it would have boost boot up thing which is on a slower side and a disappointment.

It's great to have a touchscreen laptop with good configuration. But haven't been able to find a suitable stylus for this laptop

Makes too much noise while using internet services. Bought offline , it is 5th Generation - core i5 and not 7th Generation as mention by Amazon.Have not run any heavy softwares yet. McAfee antivirus expires after 1 month and you have to purchase renew licence thereafter to use it.Booting slow by a very little amount but that is fine for me.

Bought from office hp website,I wont recommend purchasing it because the laptop is pretty slow even if we are only browsing the internet on chrome. The CPU process is always at 100% which make the applications not responding. I think thats the problem with windows 10 as the hardware and software are not integrated properly and it still needs some development. Paying almost 70k and not getting the power out of it is very frustrating. I personally think that laptops with can't replace tablets as the laptops are very heavy and difficult and uneasy to hold more than 10 minutes in hand in tablet mode. My friend and brother also purchase different touch models from HP and both are unhappy with their investment.

Bought in June 2017. HDD crashed in October 2017. Got replacement as it was in warranty but it crashed again in September 2018. Don't buy this.. not happy at all.Battery life is worst...within 1 year it started giving problemsNow cover is broken too...

This laptop is Rakee Samunt pretending to be Isvarrya Roy. The laptop does contain 7th G Intel for mobile use. It is made for mobile usage but contains a ever crashing HDD. It did crashed in my case.Here is the story: I purchased on 30 June, used it for 3 or 4 times, I challenged to look in to windows log file. I had 3 other systems to work with. anyways. Windows 10 started showing me it cannot turn this lady on 30 July, well within 30 days. I called Customer Service afterwards. HP support told me they will send an Engineer to resolve an issue within 2 Days. No one came off-course. 10 Days later They did tell me from local office, they received a hard disk for my case and it is needed to be changed. I waffled and asked : what can they offer to recover my data. They said "nothing can be done about it". I asked how many times do i expect Hard drive to be crashed once they replace it. They said not very probable, however, in world of electronics (what he meant was China) nothing is certain. One should keep taking back-up, even if it brought recently. What does it mean ! It means one must keep living under fear of crashes if one buys HP the great. I asked them to provide me SSD upgrade. Their engineer replied the system might not have same ports. ok ! Thats not true.Now, after bearing loss of time, data and original part, i gave my consent because to avoid further ifs and buts and no's. Engineer final told me he will only be able to install test (what he meant was Pirated) version of W10 instead of all software bundles the laptop came with. For original W10 i need to call Customer care again. Which he did on my behalf and said good bye to me. Now i am expecting original W10 for next another 10 days.God ! Why did i buy this instead of buying true Apple with SSD. that time Apple was much cheaper then this, however with 6th G Intel.I have been using laptops and desktops for last 15 years. I myself burned many HDD and mother boards but with this device i had done nothing except using to check my email or presenting ppt in class. Attached are the replaced and original HDD.Advice: Do not Buy HP in India. Never buy a mobile laptop with funny designs containing HDD.

Very slow in performance. Display showing always some problem.

Very slow in performance. There is a bug which shows 100% disk usage and hp customer care doesn't care about it.

I purchased this product but looking at performance, I am extremely unhappy. It is too slow.
