Using it the hp services are awesome,and delivery service was also good deliver on time but flipkart response was too bad I think they can't take the pressure of BBD .

Great product and best value for money. Am fully impressed.After using it for 2 days, no problems encountered so far. Only drawback is fan location - HP design , may be user must be careful to use laptop on flat surface for trouble free usage.

After 15 days of BBD I have finally recieved the laptop. Whats good, The price after exchange, card discount and zero emi. The laptop is a beast excellent display, amazing looks great sound. I am glad I didnt buy mcbook air. Plus the hp bag was also given free great add on. Whats possibly bad. No ssd,openining the laptop completely to install one. Flipkarts order processing time. The delivery was fast. Time to dispatch was high. The executive thoroughly checked the exchange product(could be bad for other's) Also has anyone registered the purchase with HPs diwali offer where we get 2 years additional warranty?

Dilvery as excpected was good and excellent packing. Coming to product review. Pros: Great outlook , design and build quality is excellent. Impeccable combination i5-7th gen, 8gig ,1TB and hybrid Performance is good so far , still need to check on gaming performance. Display is awesome. Ips screen have good viewing angle. Tablet mode is great and touch response is good. Cons: No optical drive Very heavy for tablet mode.

Worth every penny... Its a good laptop specially because iys convertible and it comes very handy. You cold always give a thumbs up to such a product

Believe me- I am really obsessed with this laptop. The laptop configuration is awsome and the look is absolutely premium. Even my wife cannot resist herself to own it. The product is 100% genuine and no problem with product registration and warrenty check. Very importantly I got a exchange value for my old laptop amounting Rs. 15000.00. Big billion deal....

i am really amazed with the performance of this product, pretty fast, battery is amazing, before purchasing the product i have gone through several reviews, in some reviews the lappy was cretisized for not having bright screen, but i assure u being professional user of lappy and pc for the last 15 years, this is worth of money.

I was looking for some light weight better configuration and I found this beautiful laptop during the BBD exchange sale. It was a very good purchase in exchange of my old laptop and some amount with card offer. Excellent product with stylish design and best configurations (8GB DDR4, 1TB HDD, i5 7th Gen processor, light weight, portable and compact 13.3" Full HD display, BackLit keyboard, 2 in 1), what more you want? It attracts to work and play with it... simply awesome. Processor fan at the bottom is my only concern which will make the laptop to become hot in flat surfaces. Happy otherwise!!!

Just one word for it... Awesome... Superb touch screen Superb movements of the screen... U can basically use it as u like... potrait and landscape... Comes with a Hp original bag which is nothing less than 2k in market... Display is awesome... as good as an apple macbook... Sound quality is the best which I have used till date. Update after 2 weeks of use Amaxing bright and clear display. .. Very good performance nd a battery of atleast 5 hrs on normal use... JUST go for it people

Just got it today via flipkart exchange programme which was smooth and quick. Used it for 30 minutes. Activated windows, registered this product online. Have received confirmation email from hp. It looks premium, sound quality is great and it's fast. I think I was the last person to order it as it is out of stock since Monday. Thank you flipkart people.

Speaking of style HP is simply at its best.. Performance of this laptop is great with 8gb ddr4 ram and 7th gen i5 processor... No heating issues.. Multitasking is smooth... Touch screen is good.. Windows 10 after update is working fine... Only issue is the fan makes whistling noise when it speeds up...

It's a class.Only thing that I hate is Flipkart one year subscription.Coming to laptop: Pros: 1.excellent display 2.swift keyboard 3.lovely battery back up 4-5 hrs 4.amazing amazing sound quality 5.light weight 6.fast processor. 7 . good enough for games like FIFA 16/17 at 1368*720 p resolution. 8.very stylish and classy looking. 9.can play GTA 5 with low settings..But not great Cons:- 1.Fan at wrong place 2.touch not very good.just ok ok 3.touchpad not smooth. 4.web cam below par A ssd storage along with same configuration would make it a great pack.still I would highly recommend for.professional /students whoa are Medicare gamers
