Looks way better than these images that are avaiable on Flipkart The metal body is a delight to hold. Steady performance. Am not a tech geek, but basically, it does what it is supposed to do pretty well. Absolutely Lightweight and comes with a fantastic sound system. Software occasionally gets some lag. Touch does not work that well for some programs and the additional touchpad features occasionally become unresponsive. But the probability of such an instance is almost 1/20 and thus statistically insignificant :p. Battery is quite good as compared to most others in same segment.

This laptop is excellent for daily use, and it handles multiple apps with breeze. Touch based games can be played but graphic intense games will hang due to lack of integrated graphics. Screen is brilliant and touch is as good as smartphones,and looks very attractive and feels rich to operate

This is the a light weight 2-in-1 with the latest processor and HP has done a commendable job to beat the competition. A 1.7 kg laptop of this latest processor with 1TB HDD and Bang and Olufsen speakers for 54K is very attractive. Machine design, screen resolution are pleasant. Touch is perfect. Comes with Windows 10 preloaded.

The item is cancelled by the supplier after taking the order! A complete waste of time.In my view we should take out such sellers! It is better not to display the product rather than taking payments and then cancelling!

IT IS SO SLOW EVEN "MY PC" OPTION IS NOT OPENING IN MINUTES. NO USE OF 4GB RAM. IT IS LIKE "FOOLING WITH PASSION" THING. I GOT A REPLACEMENT OF MACHINE, THEN ALSO SAME PROBLEM PERSIST.

Stopped working suddenly after 16 months seems to be motherboard issue. My 7 year old Dell laptop still going strong.

Under exchange offer, as was on the print, not honoured. Pathetic.

Believe me they will make you cry with their policies. They will even say that it is an "act of god" to not to help you.

within 10 day of purchase i request for refund as unit have problem but they rejected after that they contact me and said that contact HP service station they will help u if they nare unable to solve problem then we will refund ur money but till now HP not resolve the problem, I contact flipkart for the same and they told me that give us 2 day we will resolve this issue after 2 day i got a mail from flipkart they said that contact HP for resolution they are liers and looters
