good value for money

Good laptop with such specifications. Sometime work very slowly. Could have been better.

The worst thing is it's keyboard, other things are ok as per cost. One more thing, touch screen is not usable due to Weight.

even with a 4GB RAM this system is pretty slow compared to my Dell studio 1435 with 3GB RAM which was quiet fast at start up. This this thing takes 8-10mins (approx) to start up. However lookwise this is beautiful machine looks like a Mac

the extra pounds are added exactly as per requirement. the traces of business intel is quite evident in this product. Kudos to HP. Basic technical issues like internet connectivity is a huge problem.. don't go for it, at all! The process is pathetic.

Very poor service by flipkart .. Did not respond for 15 days

I got delivery of this product on 25 June 2016. After that am trying to register this product online at HP for aviling HP extended warranty offer but am not able to avail said offer because flipkart provided me wrong invoice with wrong serial number mentioned on it. Sice that time i request several times on there customer care number and also sent several mail to flipkart also the CEO Mr. Sachin Bansal but could get any response from them. Till the time am also got correct invoice because of this am not getting extended warranty. I request to all online buyer please go for other site as flipkart is fake as per customer assitance. They will not take any responsiblity after delivered any product.
