  I bought this as new, with one week one of the keys broke, I kept using anyway but after some time I called HP Warranty Service and they told me the computer was out of warranty, that should be 1 year. That way I found out my new computer was USED!I returned it to Amazon but they didn't pay me all the money because more than 3 months had passed by.
