I was looking for a laptop for quite a sometime. shortlisted ce070tx, cb054tx, bc406,bc407 and BC 408. Considering the price for ce070tx has increased and cb054tx being an older version, was actively looking to buy BC series as 4GB Graphics card is an advantage. The price for bc408 is 80k+. So had decided to go for 406 or 407. Considering the only difference being 128GB SSD. Finally bought HP bc407 for 67700 which is around 2k more than bc406.The feel is good and the green keyboard looks awesome. watched a movie on Amazon prime for one and half an hour and battery reduced to 40 from 65%. Has put it in charge for half an hour and it zoom past 70%. If you are looking for good gaming entry level laptop.. you can look for this as brand do matter.

It's a terrific laptop no doubts about that but the only problem is battery life,which is quite poor but doesn't matter that much.another issue you can face is a few bugs during initial starts but they will be removed once you update your OS. Packing and delivery was excellent ,even the new green backlight is quite cool.Overall it's a brilliant laptop

It is a good Entry Level Gaming Laptop from HP. Got at around 55K in prime sale along with exchange of my old laptop. Some of the details for this laptop for new buyers.Pro:1. Green light looks cool.2. i5 8th generation is equivalent to i7 7th generation. Compare i58300H vs i7 770HQ in google for benchmarks. i7 7700HQ is seventh generation gaming processor used in most high price gaming laptop.3. It has 2 fans and apart from normal air vents, these fans have their tiny vents also, at the bottom for better airflow.4. Keyboard is nice and buttons are well spaced out.5. Screen is much better than Dell laptops.6. Graphic processor is 4GB and is suitable to play high end games at high to ultra settings, depending upon the games.7. It is future proof for atleast 2-3 years.Cons:1. HDD is 5400 RPM.... atleast 7200 should have been there, if not SSD...2. Battery backup is less when compared to other gaming laptops.3. Battery is sealed and one has to remove the whole backcover in order to access battery.4. Bit costly in comparison to competitors.

Good experience

Good for gaming and programming alsoBut display lacks as it is a tft display which provide poor quality brightness also.Hard disk is also average as it provides 1tb space but its speed slower.I bought it for 64k worth the purchase.

Laptop is good. Chip is fast. Keyboard and buttons for TouchPad could have been better. Sometimes the buttons miss to register as being clicked, which takes some points away from the overall premium feel.

Quality is average it is not for gaming purpose

The laptop is good and the best part is the configuration of the laptop. The gaming is really smooth. I normally use this laptop for high-end number crunching in terms of data analysis for stock market. Note it has windows 10 home edition.The laptop is heavy and batter lasts only 1hr when on gaming rest it would last for alteast 2 hrs on other stuff. I plan to get the battery check in warranty soon.Very important ======== Read the Manual after purchase.

There is no proper invoice given ..without which how would we get warranty

Very Dull display... Feels very cheap. I am disappointed after buying this.

Hp is the worst company as they provide limited support for theit releases after launch. I had an hp gaming laptop and the battery and hard disk died in a year, the dedicated gpu drives got no update after 6 months of release n the same also died in 2 years of time. Hp is the worst! Dont spend your hard earned money on the same.
