Awesome laptop

This is an Amazing product. It really fast, if you are a gamer then you can play almost all the games. I bought it for programming and it is fabulous. Just go for it.

I used it for 1 year,works fine but got some display issues so had to return it.Gta 5 runs fine when plugged in but lags on battery.Basically high end games runs nice on battery.Amazon and hp coorperated very well in returning the product.Awesome service atleast in my opinion Amazon is better in services than Flipkart (they can't even change the address even before shipping)

The laptop is good and smooth and not much bulky. After doing all the windows and drivers updates it is running fine. I am not entirely satisfied with this machine but it is great at 68k, and yes hp laptops go a long way.Few things I noted were1-on start up, I noticed significant lags but that should be windows background services. The disk usage is around 100% at that time.2- the display flashes sometimes and I see black lines running. I have updated to latest graphics drivers but still see this problem, may be something is wrong with my display, have to verify that.3-the battery life is around 5 hours which is pretty good.4-I played dishonored and sniper elite3 on this and they ran perfectly on 720 settings, if you go for 1080 resolution, frames will drop significantly, it won't be unplayable but 720 is good enough for me, anyway it us not a high end gaming laptop. (I would any day give few extra bucks for nvidia 950m in the same laptop) Best thing is no heating issues whatsoever. Pleasantly surprised!Speakers are not loud enough, Mouse pad is ok, looks are good, build quality is fine, screen Is anti glare so picture quality suffers but still manageable and performance is excellent.

Been using it for almost a month now after buying it from Amazon for about 71000.I primarily needed a laptop for Video and Graphic Editing and I decided to go with this after a lot of thought. I chose this over the Dell Inspiron i7-15RSLV and Asus GL552VX-DM261T as I wanted a High performance 15" Laptop which was relatively lighter in the hand and could be used for light gaming and video editing.Pros:1. BUILD: Excellent build Quality. Exterior looks solid and has a metal finish about it, although it isn't in reality. But that deceptive appearance makes the laptop lighter. Nice Tight hinges also make it so good to use.2. DISPLAY: Beautiful 1080p display with decent viewing angles. The screen would ocassionally flicker but after I updated my Display driver the problem was solved.3. PROCESSOR: Comes with the latest Intel i7 7500u Dual Core processor which is a great improvement over its predecessor the Intel 6500u. Great performance so far and haven't run to any performance related issues so far. Ran Adobe Photoshop and Premiere easily and smoothly.4. RAM: 8Gb of DDR4 Ram makes multitasking pretty much lag free. You can upgrade it to 16gb if required but in my opinion 8gb is more than sufficient for most everyday tasks.5. GAMING: The Nvidea 940MX is decent graphic card and does pretty well for most games. Tested GTA 5, FIFA 17 and Assassins Creed so far and was able to run them all on low to medium settings. At higher settings there were a few micro stutters and the laptop heated up a bit.6. BATTERY: Again does reasonably well here, I managed to get almost 3-4 hours while I did random browsing on Chrome, watched 30-45 mins of Youtube and had Microsoft Word on the whole time. Word of warning though, don't expect it to give you the same life while gaming.Cons:1. KEYBOARD: It's not the worst keyboard(has back light) in the world but somehow I don't like it. Might take some time to get used to it.2. TRACKPAD: Again, not the worst in the world but it's kind of weird. Doesn't have explicit physical buttons. Might take some time to get used to. I bought a mouse a few days after I got the laptop so problem solved for now.3. PORTS: Only 3 USB ports can sometimes be a pain. Not a major issue but something to consider when you buy a laptop.4. STORAGE: At this price it would be reasonable to expect atleast a small volume of SSD storage for the device but no, all you get is 1TB of a bulky, noisy and slow HDD.FINAL VERDICT: A Good value for money when it comes to performance. Leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to the Keyboard and Trackpad but these are minor downsides that don't seem to have a severe impact on the users productivity. If you're looking for a long term investment on a laptop that has latest specs and is future proof your search ends here. If your budget is from 65000 to 75000 this laptop offers the best value for money.OTHER ALTERNATIVES TO CONSIDER:Asus GL552VX-DM261T (If you're more into gaming are okay with a heavier machine)Inspiron i7-15RSLV Dell 15R 5559 (If you're looking for more RAM and are okay with an older processor)

Don't buy this piece of trash.I bought it from another hp store and this laptop is s***!Wasn't even able to run crysis 3 smoothly, lags a lot!Go for Dell instead, you won't regret it👿

I don?t use my laptop much and it was always in my almirah and it got automatically glitches on screen like blue green lines, i hardly used it for few months.

Who says its i7 its worst speed so slow cant even play games its lag every time

Please get a laptop with an HQ processor.The processor in this laptop is dual core, which is only half as much powerful as quad core. Kaby Lake is not much of an improvement. If your usage is Photoshop, video editing, programming, gaming, etc this one won't give you a good performance. Look into other brands, there are better options available. Get a laptop with a quad core processor, they are much much more powerful than this one.Also, the screen is not IPS. The viewing angle is so small that it gets uncomfortable.Stay away from this, get a laptop with an IPS screen.
