Nice product.Build quality is very good. Received the item one day delay from the Flipkart comitted date.I have not received the backpack which was part of the offer. Waiting for the response from Flipkart. Update: Flipkart resolved the issue by issuing GV.

The delivery and the packing was good, but the photos given are different, please check the official website for the original images. The laptop is super fast with boot time around 5 to 8 seconds and the the graphic card is on par, I could play gta 5,witcher 3 and assassin's creed syndicate at high settings without any lag,and the B&O speaker sounds phenomenal. The bottom line is, the price is a steal for what you are getting, don't think anymore and buy the laptop

I viewed this laptop in flip kart. ..It was at a good price when compared from all sites. . The specification of this laptop is same as mentioned. . It comes with DDR4. and it is really good gaming lap. The battery life is quite good. . It back up is normally stands 5-6 hours. I should suggest others to go for it .I bought it in showroom at the price 2k more than mentioned.

Hello All, Exactly 2 years down the line, I would say the laptop is still doing consistently good, yes it became bit slow and also some issues with display brightness but overall performance is decent. Recent games like shadow of tomb raider, hitman 2018, Odessy all worked very good in high resolution and high graphics setting. Received this item on requested specified date, the exchange of old laptop was smooth as the delivery man was friendly and the whole transaction went without hassle. [Please make sure your old laptop doesn't have any visible broken/scratch anywhere, should start/on without power-Battery required min 2-3 mins to check, 30 sec is minimum as per T&C by flipkart and the laptop code no should match, that's it!] They provided the lapi along with a cool HP bag! Advantages- 1> Can seriously take huge load and expert on multitasking! I gave huge file transfers from external HD+Browser+PC game installation+Antivirus scan all at once and it took all just nice and easy without any hang or even a lag. 2> Games are running fine, even though it has extremely powerful gaming config but still I would suggest to go ahead with med to high spec with moderate 1366*768 res. In ultra settings and highest res the games start becoming slow as they demand more than 4gb VRAM, (like ASC Syndicate). Witcher 3 got bit slow/lag in ultra setting and in 1920 res. Overall the graphics is absolute stunner! Excellent detailed graphic with stunning scenery, example Witcher 3 :) 3> It has all required softwares pre installed, backlit keyboard. Sound is moderately good. 4> File transfer is extremely good, nearly 40-50 mbps 5> The lapi has a auto heat-cool sensor to monitor it, as of now played games for longer hours but lapi didn't get heated up [Still i use cooler fan below to be on safer side] 6> Battery back up is around 4Hrs with normal usage [Without playing games] 7> HP customer care is extremely good in follow up and solving problem. I had little system hang problem due to backdated bios, which they immediately checked and solved. Now its just fine :)...Hats off HP Disadvantage- 1> With 16gb ddr4 ram, i7, nvidia 4gb spec I was under the impression that all latest games will run smooth on ultra/high spec, but it lags in ultra setting but still great in medium spec. 2) Games like Mafia 3, Assassins creed origin, evil with in 2 are running at very low fps even in medium spec.

Is the description right as in hp site and other site they are stating ddr4 ram and here it states ddr3 and photo of the same laptop in design does not match. Please check as want to order from Flipkart only but description not match for the same product.

Very slow Laptop it's bakwas useless this laptop only for show up high configuration but laptop is very slow

Review is actually for the seller/flipkart as today only received the product (it was a delayed delivery). Though seller (RetailNet) had offered to provide a HP branded laptop backpack at the time of order, but no backpack was provided on delivery of the laptop. The backpack offer is still available on the lower variant (HP Pavilion Core i7 15-AU009TX) being sold by the same seller. Don't know whom to blame more, it was a Flipkart assured product. If the seller can blatantly cheat by not providing the backpack then God knows what all subtle issues will be there with the laptop. I already faced BIOS & WIFI related issues with this laptop, for which I had to seek help from HP Customer care to get it resolved. I guess these are the perils of online shopping. Had misgivings about buying such costly product from Flipkart(Seller) but got lured by the offers. Overall experience with Amazon has been very good so far, I hope flipkart can also match the same standard.

I wish I could give rating lower then 1 star. This is the most ridiculous machine by HP. DO NOT BUY THIS. Trust me you will cry with it and curse yourself forever like I do after spending 80K. In this price range you have too many options, DO NOT BUY HP. I used pavilion earlier and they are supposed to be good, sturdy machines. I went by that experience But this one model is extremely bad machine. * The hinge was very tight. and with usage it started developing a crack. I visited the HP centre, they said I have to leave the machine, they will tell me after 3 days, how much money & time it will take. THE MACHINE COME WITH ONSITE warranty.... REALLY??? * With its configuration, it should boot quickly but it takes ages and keep on hanging * Machine hangs if three or four apps are open * Performance is very poor. I am never going to buy any HP product in my life. And don't advise anyone. HP used to be good company when they started but I guess now it is all about cheap products and extremely bad service TRUST MY WORDS . . . DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE
