I think when your are know all about laptop form how to install new os in system and driver installation then this is best for you because after delivey without os and driver its not workable its my experiance so before shopping you have all planning about how to start the system.after install os and driver its workable

its a very very good laptop for everyday light uses.All you need to do is to follow these easy steps. 1. Install any windows OS using a DVD. (I have done windows 7 ultimate) 2. Get all the drivers (choose your own windows OS from the options before downloading) from HP website in a DVD. 3. Install each and every driver in the laptop from the DVD. Your laptop is ready to use. Mine is working smooth with windows 7 ultimate. So if you have a budget of 20k, just go for it just install operating system and start using it.

Wifi problem

laptop is heavy and touch pad is not very good. ok basic use. HP should improve the touch pad.The packing and delivery was good

Dont buy laptop from them because warranty was told to be 1 year but provided to be for 9 months as warrenty not starting from my purchase date but from the date seller buy it from company. Its shameful for them.

The WiFi strength is terrible where other devices shows 100% strength, it shows 0% not even connected. Also if you keep the device within one feet from your router then you may get 20% WiFi strength. I put a return-replacement request for this as I am not very sure is it a damaged product or not. Also the Tab Tree seller looks to be worst as they have delivered the product on 16-Jan-2016, where the warranty is from Aug-21-2015 to Oct-19-2016. This is nothing but cheating the customers.

I purvhased HP pavi.. on 25/Apr/2016 and i received as defected i fill return request bit flipkart is not responding neither customer care is helping me i want to say very very poor service by Flipkart and HP also i still have damged item and regular follow up but no response from flipkart
