I have editted the review recently. I have used this tablet for about 2 months and I am very impressed with this tablet. Here are the pros and cons: Pros - 1) decent 7hour battery life with WiFi all the time on. 2) I am completely blown away by the screen, it is too good. I cannot use anything below a full HD now. 3) Lag? What is that? 4) you can run all the basic apps you need. 5) Free MS OFFICE 2013 and great performance. 6) Very good and premium built doesn't look like a cheap tablet. 7) I just love the windows 8.1 experience. 8) Supports OTG and HDD. 9) You can do a little gaming too, I play CS online, Most wanted and blur(low settings). 10) This is a full blown laptop in the form of a tablet. It has replaced my Dell inspiron 15R 5537 fully since I am not a hardcore gamer and this tablet is very portable. I take it with me wherever I go and its not so heavy when its in my bag pack(not so heavy in hands either). The touch is awesome, it is like butter. Alot of my friends who have spent 60k+ in laptops envy me for this tablet. I find no major con for this but still just so that you know Cons 1) 600g is sometimes a little heavy but then you get used to it. The size makes the typing little difficult. 2) You get only 15GB free initially and then after windows update you lose a lot of space. I tried something and it worked. I used the Disk compression and then I didn't find any problem with the storage. I could easily get 5GB free despite having ASPHALT 8, TROLLS VS VIKINGS and alot more huge apps installed. You sure need an aditional memory card, but the windows drive has enough space for some apps. You don't need to worry about that. Again, I will tell you. This is a great buy, I never expected that I could keep my PC in my hands and work in a bus, train, class, or a library without having to carry a huge bag with me or the charger because it lasts easily 9+ hours if you don't keep the wifi on always. It easily lasts for 2 days of casual use.

This Tablet is Cheap and productive, as it has Office preloaded in it. It ideal for Desktop Use, with Wireless mouse and Keyboard, detects the Dongle, DVD drives,..etc. with micro USB port. The Cons are, HP for now does not have any accessories for this product like docking station with Battery Bank and Keyboard with ports. Need to add 3G SIM slot

I was delighted to use this cute and sturdy tablet.I would list all the pros and cons in here in my review: Pros: 1.Good viewing angles of the tablet. 2.Ran all HD(including 1080 P) videos,which i didn't expect. 3.Games like asphault 8, fifa 14 were played flawlessly. 4.Liked 8.1,Against the negative reviews for it. 5.Office touch was handy. 6.Having a windows phone, which makes syncing my data easier. 7.Responsive touch. 8.HP support was really good(had a software issue with bluetooth). Cons: 1.Placement of various ports(Causing difficulty in using it whicle charging,micro usb etc) 2.Windows button doesn't respond for smooth touch(need to touch it at right spots). 3.Finger print magnet. 4.No Cortana for tabs( might get in windows threshold)

You will get every thing from the site but i will tell you some thing different. -It has 1GB of inter HD Graphics Family -front camera is also focus - camera option is same touch focused as in all tabs, android and apple. - eats 800 Mb of ram in ideal. 1.2 GB available for other tasks -64 bit of processor, installed 32bit win 8 - ram is upgradeable -sound quality is opossum Now what I have done with this: -it can run Autodesk AutoCAD 2015 very effectively without any lags. Get Na...? -I have connected it to my laptop via WiFi and after that shared all laptop with 1tb hdd attached now you do not need any memory in this tab...???? - processor is good in working Intel did a get job. No problem till now...nd some for my friends are having issues after updates the size of less in hdd, my advise, right click on c drive and run disk clean up it will remove all the unwanted file such as catches etc. From the c drive . Will update soon after make something new on this tab.??.

Cant get better than this in this world. This is going t be the next superhit product in the tablet domain.

Hi, Just one word awesome perfect replacement for netbook only 32GB memory is lil bit low 64GB is the best choice but its not available in India yet. Five start form my side.

Overall the tablet is a well-built, lightweight, content-consumption unit for surfing the Web, watching streaming videos, showcasing digital photos or reading emails. It provides all the functionality required in a tablet designed for consumers with the occasional professional need. Compared to some other Windows tablets - Microsoft Surface is one example - Omni 10 is a budget device. But HP has managed to strike a good balance between keeping the price low and opting for premium build material. The shell of Omni 10 is made of plastic that has soft rubber coating. The tablet has a tried-and-tested rectangular design with rounded edges, which makes it easy to hold. The whole design is very minimalistic. On the back, there is a shiny engraved HP logo and a small camera slot. On the left, there is a 3.5mm jack for headphones. On the right, there is a volume rocker that sits flushed with shell of the tablet. This too adds to the minimalist design. Quite a handy WINDOWS tablet with a price to match.

Bought this product after one month of exclusive research and without doubt a good product. along with a bluetooth keyboard and mouse has almost given me a PC experience. But the redemtion offer given by HP i couldn't use it since because the HP link doesnt work. neither HP nor flipkart comes out with a solution for me. Anyway the product was good

The prodct is good... the packaging was good.... original product came with hp india warranty.. the price was excellent as I have compared it with almost 10 stores... I also got 10% discount on my card as well.. the product is best in its class... Pros :- nice display Battery life is good Works very well with 512gb hard drive Cons:- only problem is have to use otg cable to connect everything

Clarity, Touch screen, Wi- Fi accessibility, Audio output, Speed performance and battery backup is not comparable with any other tablet of same range. Touch screen is beautiful. But provision of splash light could have enlighten the features of the camera outputs. which is a main draw back along with usb port location. Generally the usb bigger pin sideways is very better choice.

i am using this product from 2 months. here are the pros and cons pros 1 grate battery life upto 10 hours 2 screen resolution is awsome 3 u can install high range softwares like autocad etc 4 primary camera is good with bsi sensor 5 touch is grate 6 heavy duty screen with gorila glass 3 7 windows 8.1 32bit 8 64 bit supported processer 9 slim and light wait 10 u can run all windows files and games which supports win 8 cons 1 32gb inbuilt is not enough 2 micro usb 3 if u wana use a usb hub u can bt u hv to give external power to the hub. it means u cant use two usb device in a same time other wise it is a portable pc

I have been using this tablet for past 10-11 months. Pros: -Full window. -Can fully replace the laptop. -Detects pen drive, HDD. -HDMI output. -2 GB RAM. -No lag. -Boot-up >10s and Shut down 6-7s max. Cons: -HP was not sure about this product. So the never tried to make any accessories. -32 GB is not sufficient. When not travelling, I use this tablet connected to TV with wireless Mouse and keyboard and its works like any normal laptop. I have Dell LATITUDE as well and both works almost the same way. Regards Raman

very decent tab..suitable for all age groups..bt some problem in downloading applications..downloading speed of apps is very slow even on high speed internet connection..u cnt download apps in d background,which is annoying..otherwise its value fr mny..

I ordered the tablet in next day delivery , reached me on time and the product was excellent , the only issue with the tablet is that i dont get the accessories for it in FLIPKART ....

Great product by HP, the tab is great.. the flipkart service was also awesome. Only problem being that the memory is quite low. And memory card support is also limited. Else its a great buy. No issues at all... Much better than competing models.

This is a good tab and comes with windows 8.1 ( in product description it was given as windows 8 but it is actually windows 8.1 ). performance of the apps is good with great display but when charging this tab it is get heated heavily, i have requested flipkart to replace the product and waiting for filpkart response. Not sure if any other user is getting the same issue. other problem with this tab is charging cable is very short may be 1 m. Update... Great service from Flipkart, replaced my tab and now with new tab no heating issue found. Now tab working fine without any issue.

Screen is not very sensitive to touch.. speakers are pretty loud for their size bt youtube volume is less.. everything is exclusively personalized so no privacy in case of others seeing ur tab.. camera ar unimpressive but clear for Skype... all in all, good for people who want work and minimum entertainment..

as pointed by previous reviewers, some touch (specifically at edges) doesnot work. with regard to cases/covers: Either online or local shops, cases are not available. flipkart should sell the accessories. hope flipkart react for this.

Really good product .. worth it for regular using work instead of laptop

Omni 10 is a lovely product but getting accessories for it is a pain. like book case and screen guard. so buying screen guard from flipkart is better option. initially the skydrive has a spce of 15 gb which can be extended upto 1 tb. so space is also not a concern. and battery back up is for more than 4 hrs if u r normally browsing. I suggest HR to come up with cellular wifi version of this and more people wud buy it. so for now i wud recommend HP slate than omni 10.

Tablet is very good by specs by look , but its available at vijay sales for Rs 18270 flipkart please reduce price

1, The band offer is a fake! they don't honor it. 2, the volume is very low 3, at 100 % of volume, it create a buzz noise 4, no indicator to see if it is charging 5, it wouldn't turn off properly all the time. when you shutdown, the display would go off but the tab will heat up abnormally, you may need to long press the power button to kill. 6, if you like windows, you may like this as well 7, this may not be good for games and you will not find many apps for tab in windows store. i am writing this after a month of usage.

Tablet is light weight and scores most ticks. But for long term use it is better to have a bluetooth keyboard, matching stand, case ( or a combo of these), a wireless mouse, or a decent stylus. Can you believe that hp stores have none of these? Even on the net you hardly get. I even got the Microware combo of kbd, case and stand, but it is meant for iPad only and had tto return it! Its reviews in US also hint that hp is NOT SERIOUS about this product!

All troubles free with this product .to switch on screen many times it takes not less then one hour . even you will not get case in Asian country's I tried.I prepared to sell HP Omani 10 . decided not to bye any hp product.

This tablet is over priced and equivalent to showroom price. Its better to purchase it from showroom rather than flipkart. Don't purchase this tablet.

Never buy hp tablets even when tempted by their affordability. Expect early break down of the products and worst ever after sales experience. You might even have to cough up the entire price of the tablet to get it repaired. Cunning HP.

This product is an absolute waste of time. I have been using it for the last 2 years and have sent the product back to HP because of a non responsive touch screen. The touch on this screen is extremely bad and this is a problem I have seen right from time I have got it. After the warranty it again stopped working and HP asked me shell out about 70% of the actual price of this product for a change of touch screen. HP has managed to create a rubbish product after a long time and they are not willing to acknowledge that. You can check the various forums for this issue. Save yourself 30K and look elsewhere for a better product.

Touch screen is not working after update

Tab without touch just defeats the purpose of buying a Tab. The touch started giving problems just after couple of months and now its completely gone. Deserves a 0 star.
