Awesome product at this price. It works very smoothly and I was having problem with installing window I just called HP support that guy took unique serial and he updated it in database and gave full support to boot the DVD which proved that the product is genuine and look is also good I am happy to have this. And processer is also good and works fast. Product is good for proffessional and personal use as well.

Haptop is good ,speed is good,battery back is good,look wise also good overall it is good for both professional and personal and only one cons is that hp not proive the Driver CD along with laptop hence you have to download it from HP wesite

I like the product, but its not as it is shown over the website. I have confirmed it from customer support and I was told the product will be same as the image showing at the site...so want to suggest exact images need to upload so that it would be easy to purchase any product fro the website..

Everything is good. But please tell me how to install the drivers. I've installed windows 7 ultimate sp1. But I can't install any of the drivers except WLAN and all are showing corrupted. Please help me.

In Lowest price good laptop

The laptop is good at its specs, the keyboard and the trackpad is quite good. The build quality is also good.. The thing that surprised me is that it didnt had HP seal or Hallmark on it where as I bought Acer and Asus laptops and they both had seal of their respective company.

This is not original pic. The laptop i got was of much lower quality and not good looking. Hope it would work better in terms of hardware.I have gifted it to someone, else I would have definitely rejected it. Also, I think I have to purchase online ADP warranty from HP website.

it was a used piece, because warranty reflected is not valid.

poor product, very slow, you cant expect this from HP, its a cheap product with very poor configurations, better to go for high range product rather than this
