In my opinion, this machine can haul with the i7 dual core processor and performs well, given the bottleneck of the hard drive in it. Eventually I'll throw in the SSD and use that instead so that i can get an extra few hours of battery. Appearance of the graphics is great for what I needed it to do, bigger screen (thus bigger characters) and I don't play that much games on it. As for bluetooth, I didn't need it and had no need for it. since I use a trackball for a mouse. To make a long story short, I'm happy with it. For the price I got it for with the Amazon store card a 6 month special financing, It's worth the buy.

Exactly as advertised. Delivered on time and it hasn't given me any problems.

There was a little issue with beginning instalation, but because of my Internet. Anywho, so far so good & just as described

Arrived as expected, just replaced original HDD to SSD, and i have superb fast notebook.

Love this computer, I have had many higher end computers and I walk away from them do to their complexity but not this HP. Love the 17.3 screen It is worth getting.

Perfect size, I love how big it is. Isn't slow like everyone says. Wish they would stop because it made me skeptical for no reason. Perfect laptop and perfect quality. Love it!

Worked out of the box, no issues. Deleted a bunch installed programs. Have had no issues or problems yet, but its only been about a month.

Very happy with this product

The laptop is very good. It's good and fast. Laptop doesn't detect 5 Gz Wi-Fi . And initially felt internet browsing was very slow. It started working very well after the proxy settings were removed .

So far so good. I particularly like the display. I also like that it did not come with a lot of prebundled software I did not want.

Great computer keyboard confuses the letters

This laptop needs 3 things to make it scream. 1) Upgrade the extremely slow 5400rpm hard drive to an SSD (clone the factory drive and save it in a ziploc bag for warranty purposes)2) add another 8mg memory module for a total of 16mg 3) buy yourself a usb Bluetooth dongleAside from those glaring weaknesses, this laptop has very good specs for the money.i love it, and for $175.00 in upgrades, it kicks booty.

This seems to be a really nice laptop. My son left to college with it so I didn't have much play time with it but he's very happy with it and the size of the screen. Ideal for streaming tv shows and movies on.

Not the HP I bought a few years back. A little flimsy. I hate the Win 10.

It's really hard to rate this computer when I could hardly use it. When it was online it was great. However, it would not keep a connection. It would lose wireless connection about every 3 or 4 minutes, then within a minute it would reconnect. I might have blamed it on my home wifi but I tried it with my phone hotspot as well at took it to work with me to try it there. It was the same. It might have been something simple like a loose wireless card. After several days of frustration, I sent it back.

When unplugged battery drains out within 35 minutes.

It is not a touch screen; I am not very happy with it.

the hinges broke within one year causing the display to go.this sucked big time!!!

Bought it for my granddaughter. My son says it's slower than cold tar. Bloatware was eating 80% of the CPU time.It is still doing windows updates 3 days later. So far windows and windows updates doesn't make the keyboard buttons like Vol up and down work.If it don't stop acting like a 1995 laptop it's going back.

The shipping was ok but few days after I use the product appears an audio problem, now I'm out of USA and I dont found the way to repair it, the official service said to me that the only way to repair is take the product to USA (???:( ).I suggest dont buy Hp products if you don't live in USA.

Great computer, but the wifi is horrible.
