Great device, delivered quickly and exactly as advertised. The screen resolution is high and the touch experience enhances all of your computing tasks. Overall, a wonderful computer for a very fair price.

Larger than I was thinking - not really a laptop, more of a desktop replacement. Crisp graphics, great sound, lots of power.

The laptop arrived earlier than expected, so that was a pleasant surprise. Though it was advertised to have a few small scratches, I couldn't find any. From the way it has functioned, it is very difficult to tell it was re-furbed. A great machine that handles the photo and video editing chores I put it through with ease (running Magix programs). The Bang and Olefson speakers are more than adequate for my listening needs. It is a bit heavier weight than other laptops I have had, but the solid build is typical of HP product. It was quite a bargain!

Can't set up Windows 10. I'm very disappointed. I will never buy another laptop on-line. I want an HP customer service number to call.
