This item isn't good as I aspect I'm facing some technical problems in this product, not satisfied with its quality and performance.

Too slow

its fine, not so good. I had faced keyboard problem but the hp service center resolved it.The processor speed is average and if the memory is full ,the system is very slow.It is recommend for only less time users and for students who use for online tests kind of stuff.

If you are looking at taking a chance by going for this laptop, please refrain. It's slower than what I would have use 15 years ago. Takes too much time opening a browsing tab itself. Had purchased this for younger sibling for general use / college documents / presentation purposes, it has been lying idle with no use whatsoever. Willing to sell it for 18.5K if anybody interested as there is a fair share of warranty pending.

i have recived default or wrong product. its not working. on hp it is out of warranty. this is cheating. pls change my laptop

Display is not working ,but nobody is taking action about my complain .I have talked with HP care Amazon by chatting and calling.my product is in warranty.very bad product and very very bad ,they are not taking action.
