Good laptop from hp but sometimes it lag better to remove all hp pre-installed bloatware for good performance

Very good product in this price range with pre-installed office.

It is the best laptop in the price range with reasonable specs. It is good if you want it for browsing, Full HD streaming, intensive document editing and light gaming.Like any other laptop it comes with a a lot of bloatware which has to be removed.You can remove almost most of HPs software except HP support assistant, HP audio switch, HP support Framework and diagnostic utility.After that the system responds much faster.The limitations of this laptop is that it is not future proof.Like:1. No 5Ghz WiFi support.2. Only 4 GB of RAM which is insufficient for future use.3. Only two cores4. No dedicated graphics support.5. Low battery capacity ( less than 3000 Mah)6. No USB c port

The HP LAPTOP are very good products ..and this online buy is much ...help in saving the money..and its worth ..than to buy in shop or mall-that spend ..6000-7000/-more for such things ....

One of the best laptops within the 40k budget. The pre-installed lifetime version of Microsoft Home and Student 2016 is an absolute bonus.

HP laptop is very good product. Keep available this product on the store. But I don't know when Amazon will send the gift item.

Good product little costlier no warranty card or cd given product is new and fine ms office needs to be activated and for one or three mnths antivirus is on trial basis you have to renew it lots of memory used for unwanted apps and games which u unistall. No complaint from product smooth running window runs bit slow i thought ssd needed Thats my personal view warranty shows 9 mnts bt said for i year hp support for initial setup warranty is 3 mnths show 1 yr

Look wise, Laptop is great Performance wise, not bad- not great 1 major problem which is related to MS Office, though it is pre-installed but i have to contact Microsoft executives to help me out with PRODUCT KEY which took 2 hrs. Flipkart customer support is poor in this regard.

I found it slow. And it is asking product key for Microsoft Office. Do not know from where to get it. I thought MS Office is pre-installed.

Product came with manufacturing defect, contacted HP, they say it will be replaced by Amazon, now window to return has been closed by Amazon, how to deal?

What about battery back-up

recently I am using this laptop and its pathetic slower than my husband's laptop which is 10 years older....I thought I have downloaded heavy software that causing issue but after deleting that still slow its a manufacturing defect which seller sold to us that we will get it done through company......worst supplier please don't buy this.....
