This is a brilliant product. Whoever says that the pre-installed Office Home & Student 2016 edition is a trial version, does not know how to activate it or probably confuses it with Office 365. If you face a problem, just call HP Technical Support and they shall activate it for you.As for the laptop, the reason why its a little slow in the beginning is because it has Mcaffe pre installed (a trial version). I would recommend that one uninstalls it and let Windows Defender be the default Anti-Virus. It works just fine for Windows 10. This laptop is sturdy, light-weight and has a wonderful anti-glare. Perfect for home and office use. I am very impressed with the quality of the speakers as well.Recommended
