A laptop is damged from charger slot side, so please give me some opportunity to fix it otherwise change a laptop.

Bought this laptop..Laptop looks great..But the thing is windows 10 was not configured.Need to carry this here and there ..Some other service centre they are charge for installation..Need pre installed Windows or At least cd with pack so we can install by our own..

I was looking for a laptop for college, because I start in the fall. I own a Chromebook, but I needed a laptop that would be able to handle big things, like downloading real programs such as Microsoft Office and other software. After comparing all kinds of processors' performances using cpubenchmark.net and all kinds of other specs, this one seemed to be the best one for the price.At the time of the purchase, this was only Rs30,000 and I could spend about because it's what was left of my graduation money after buying some other things that I needed.I was looking for a Windows 10, 15.6" laptop with a webcam, an HDMI out port, a DVD drive, and a processor that was fairly speedy. This seemed to fit the bill. Bought Windows 10 for this since this come with DOS.The outer top shell of the laptop has a really nice matte finish, while the surface where the keyboard, touchpad, and power button is, it's glossy. I plugged it in, turned it on, and got started.The set-up took minutes. Most people like Windows 10, but if you keep an open mind, and stay open to getting the hang of it, you will. Don't get worked up. From there, it's smooth sailing. I like it. The screen on this laptop is clear, and can get pretty bright. It also feels so large coming from an 11.6" Samsung Chromebook, but I love it. The keyboard feels good, though it is bigger than what I'm used to. The numerical keypad is helpful for fast numerical data entry. Battery life is probably about a standard four hours. Touchpad is responsive.During setup, the laptop connected to my home's WiFi without a problem. I've tested streaming Netflix, which worked fine. I downloaded Mozilla, because that's my browser of choice always. I also tested streaming YouTube videos in 720p and 1080p, and they were crisp and clear. I even skipped all around the video before it could buffer properly, just to see how long it'd take to buffer and catch up, and it never took more than a few seconds. Loading websites is a breeze. I used the internet (Chrome browser) to apply to a few Work Study jobs, checked Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr, etc., and all went smoothly. Webcam quality isn't the best thing, but it's definitely sufficient. Speakers get loud enough for me.As far as the HDMI and the DVD drive, those have been tested and works smooth, but I'll update more for this later. This laptop has Bluetooth completely fine with me to share with mobile. I plan to download the full Microsoft Office on here, as my college is providing it to their students at no additional charge.I think that's all that I can say for right now. So far it meets expectations. Again, I will add to this later!
