This review is for tech savvy guys only -Please do not go by the negative reviews. Those Negative reviews are by users who did not read the product catalogue while buying and expected Preinstalled windows on a DOS machine..based on my experience with this product, I will suggest to disregard the negative reviews here.I have experienced Excellent performance. I installed Genuine Win 10 Pro, Office 2016 Pro Plus, Along with Windows 10, I am running two Linux virtual machines on it with VMWare workstation. No heating, no slowness observed after heavy usage. Keypad feels sturdy.. comfortable palm rest. Loud and crisp sound, good display. Nice movie experience as well. This is the best laptop within 35K.I have a Lenovo Ideapad 320E with same specification but Lenovo performs slower. Could be because Lenovo uses low quality RAM (8 chip, Samsung make) and HP uses 16 chip Hynix ram.

Very good product for this price.

packaging wasn't that good but product recieved was in good condition. else nothing to specify as laptop is in good configuration, windows 10 is running smooth haven't tried any high end game so can't comment on that

I like the product but sound is too bad.any suggestions for increase the volume?

Pros:- Value for money- very good display- sound good, better than many other notebooks- full size numeric keypad, comfortable to type- windows 10 automatically installs all drivers on running windows update- wide and smooth touchpadCons:- USB 3.0 does not perform up to expectation, no specific drivers provided by HP- Camera is very poor, worse that what you used to get 10 years ago.- Screen swivel design is poor - might break on a rough stroke of screen adjustment as the edge of the screen touches surface. Be careful when adjusting screen while laptop is on bed on lap.Advice- Buy with HP extended warrantyOther observation- DVD tray is very delicate

Ordered for laptop with pre-installed window but received laptop without windows. Now unable to have it replaced.

it isnot as per description. i dont know what is anazon fullfilled.i dont want to give any star but minimum one star is must.

The description doesnt say that the product doesnt come with Windows OS. Not happy. Will not be buying from Amazon again.

No Linux support... - HP Care.No where it has been mentioned in description , I would have not brought it!!!DONT BUY HP LAPTOP without OS. Neither Amazon is helping in this.2nd consecutive mistake from amazon....Edit:Also laptop build quality is pathetic, Hinges damaged after only 1 year of use.
