Its an amazing product within an affordable price.. I recieved this laptop on 25/01/2018. This laptop is very slim with a good design. No flaws were detected in the product. I have installed windows 10 pro and running successfully without any issues. The boot time takes just in 5 - 7 secoonds. You dont need to worry about the dedicated graphics this laptop provided with Intel UHD integrated graphics and full HD display makes you never disapointed in gaming experience . Speed of the processor is fine. Sound system is pretty good. No heating issues. Charges full within 90 minutes. Best buy under Rs 40000/-.

Writing this review after 7 days of extensive usage. I've only used HP laptop and this is my 3rd laptop from same brand. Please note you won't find this DOS model in HP stores. They only sell bs146tu model which ships with Win 10 Home edition. So you have to buy this model (bs145tu) online.PROS:* I've installed Win 10 enterprise and it runs like a charm. Boot-up time ~7-8 seconds.* I'm a developer and was looking for laptop in middle price range where I can run Visual Studio and SQL Studio together. This works smoothly however when you initially open IDE it takes time but after that it's good.* Battery lasts for 4-5 hours on average usage and gets fully charged in 1.5 hours.* Speaker sound quality is superb.* Light weight.* No heating issues.* Full HD display* Got 13 months warranty :) (Comparing to 12 months)CONS* No backlit keyboardMESSAGE TO FOLKS WHO ARE COMPLAINING ABOUT WIFI/BLUETOOTH* Once you install Win 10, install latest drivers from HP website for this model. Everything should start working except laptop really has hardware issues.This is the best budget laptop with 8th generation, i5 processor. I got it in 36K (38K -2K cashback) during republic day sale. Worth under 40K. Just go for it...Disclaimer: I bought this product from Flipkart as was getting good discount there during Republic day sale.

To clear a few doubtsComes with useless DOS, install OS as per your requirement.This variant having 8GB RAM is unavailable at retail market, the varient hp15bs146tu having 4GB is available. Both 146 and 145 is similar hardware with 145 having 8GB RAMSo for drivers part go to hp website download drivers for 146 which is available there. Install those and all functions will be working. Furthermore install HP support assistant which will automatically update drivers for you in future. Its basically hp15bs146tu only better.Also it has 2 usb 3.0 high speed ports on left side and one usb 2.0 port on right side, but its colour is black unlike most usb 3 ports which are usually blue. The high speed logo is marked on both usb ports.Though the battery is fast charging one its capacity is less.

After Nearly 20 days of using this product, I am happy and satisfied with such a latest specs laptop at such a lesser price.Pros:-1. 8th gen i5 comes with 6 cores not 3 like i5 7th gen. Hence, a great boost to performance.2. Much faster than i7 7th gen. (Google it. if u won't believe) I have tested too. 👌3. Sound 🔊 is freakin awesome though not powerd by Dolby digital yet it is great.4. Full HD 1080p 👌 loved it.5.Gaming is flawless, my cs go runs at an avg. of 50 fps on High settings. That's cool for a system without a graphics card. So at low or medium u can have a great gaming experience.6. Battery life is awesome. Also there we have Supr fast charging in it.It gets charged in 45 mins almost and u can work around 6 hours easily. (not gaming only random tasks.)7. Have a tough body, One day I put heap of books in bag and laptop under 'em in laptop's portion given in bags. And I put my bag on ground like laptop was at base and books were over it. It was literally horrible moment when I realized that thing. But laptop was fine 😇 and thanks to hp for making such a tough laptop body.8. And Endless good features. 🐯Cons:-1. VALUE FOR MONEY *****I was looking for a no-frills laptop with a decent configuration. This machine comes with 8th Gen i5, 8GB RAM, and 1TB storage. After exchanging my old laptop I got this machine for Rs32500 ($500). Just adding up the components would cost more than the machine.PERFORMANCE *****I installed Ubuntu 16.04. 8th Gen i5 is extremely powerful and the machine can handle anything smoothly and quietly.DESIGN ****Plain and simple. Nothing extraordinary or bad about it.

I am using this laptop for nearly 25 days and I am happy and satisfied with this product.It takes about 50 min to charge and we can easily use this for 4-5 hours.Therefore packaging was also good.

No one use dvd drive these days, HP you should consider to remove this from your future laptop segment. Even though the build quality is nice but dvd drive makes little clumsy. Apart from that everything is perfect.

After using 1 week i just want to say that it's awesome product in this range,it's performance is really fast and after installation of window x it's became fantastic but you have to install intel graphics driver's for increase or decrease it's brightness. I am extremely agreed with my this model as i am working as desktop support team (part time), i knew a lot of things like configuration, benchmark generation and all!I extremely wanna suggest everyone should buy this one and install Windows 10!And for me, Performance is really like a CREAM for me!

Best budget laptop at this price range. After installing windows 10 and updating all drivers this laptop works like a beast .The display panel seem to be a bit weak .I won't recommend this laptop for high end gaming .Audio through the headphones is great. cpu temp is about 45 C after an hour of usage so there is no over heating .Overall this is a great laptop for normal usage like browsing the web ,ms word ,streaming youtube ,etc.

Good product for the listed price. Replaced the Optical Disk Drive with and SSD and now it boots up very fast. The performance is also very good due to the 8th Gen Quad Core processor.
