Product is good. I bought for my Son, doing Computer Engineering. Specification meet the requirement. In respect of price, other brands are also available on the same configuration on the similar price (maybe a bit cheaper too). But I choose HP. As per HP Website, backpack is the part of package, but I received without backpack. Maybe seller balanced the price for offered discount. Laptop look is elegant and impressive. Its sleek and curved edge shape. Didn't receive any product key for the installed Windows and MS Office. The main concern was the Ekart Courier service. My product was promised to deliver on next day. Product arrived at the nearest Hub on the next day morning but not delivered. Tracking was showing that Ekart attempted delivery but Customer was not available totally false statement. However, second day (next day of promised delivery) delivered. I hope product will perform good.

Poor design on heat dissipation. System heats a lot after an hour of gaming

I'm writing comment after using this laptop for 4 day. firts time i got laptop with loose battery, so opted for replacement, on replaced laptop, lot of dust on screen and scratch on bottom of laptop. Both time very bad packing. I think vendor is not following flipkart packing's rule. About laptop: it has 8gb RAM even though taking long time to start up that is really disturbing. only 930 gb of hard disk, but mentioned 1TB. Radewon graphics is not upto marks. lot of blurring on screen during HD video play. Battery is max to max 3 hour for general usage, less when you watch movie. draining drastically. The issue is with AMD graphics card, most of the time screen going blank. Little disappointed with this product. did not meet my expectation for what I bought it. Again I raised rqst fr retrn. Flipkart, pls take it as an concern. Didn't receive any product key for the installed Windows and MS Office.

I have been using this from last three months, but its performance is not up to the mark.With 8gb ram i thought it would be very fast. but it more than 3 minutes to start completely.

Have to change the review. The 1 rating is strictly for HP not for Flipkart. 5 goes to flipkart for delivery and ease of replacement and refund. The laptop has an issue after windows 10 update. Black screen with cursor, no display. The issue is with AMD graphics card.

Receiving the product on time. But facing lot of issues in the lap it not seems like a 8GB Ram. It took lot of time to boot the OS. FYI guys I was cheated from the seller who send me a old used product. I came to know by today only. I have a proof for that. So guys not only this product any thing you buy just confirm the product quality soon. now only I raised a replacement complaint too them.

laptop is slow, slower than an i5. Camera quality is also very bad. Don't buy it seeing the specification and discounted price. Go for i5, it is sufficient.

I purchased a HP laptop in March and it worked only for 3 months. It ceased to work on 5th June and after repeated complaints they said that the display and motherboard is damaged. As of today 28th of June the issue has not been resolved. It is the worst kind of service I have ever received and I wouldn't even think of recommending the product to anyone.
