Hi All, As IT field customer and believes in trusted brand only.. this is my 3rd Laptop from HP. Purchased this product in last month. I had requirement for Laptop for Higher usage with day to day Software solution work. While navigating Online e-commerce site i found this product @flipkart. definitely i was looking for best as my daily work timing becomes least 8 hours and respective laptop should work properly. but here i would like to add .. i was pretty impressed with Prize with configuration. instantly i checked with other products too but i found that this is the best of best only. so instantly i paid for it and ordered successfully even received within specified time frame only. And today i writing this review from that new laptop only. i just renamed this lappy as "Mars" Below are the good things which i most liked in this product. 1) Screen size and object clarity in screen. [1366 x 768 pixel rate is awesome] 2) specious keyboard with numeric pad. 3) solid processor speed with 4GB RAM 4) intel i3 processor.[intel inside] 5) 1TB HDD [i have portioned in 6 drives with NTFS - GPT] 6) Camera quality TrueVision HD is enhanced and looks good. 7) battery backup is awesome 8) rough usage - no worry [ still need to take care as this is electronic gadget] 9) Professional look with matte finish glory inside back cover 10) Audio quality is really good. accepted. feels like live music [DTS Studio sound] and about negative points, as such there is no but still i would like to say here.. where no guarantee of human being here then what about rest of the things, isn't it ? but overall best product and you can blindly purchase it. good for day to day usage even for high end software usage too. best for students, for gaming and for day to day entertainment. Great product with awesome performance. Installed Windows 10 & it is flawless..

i bought this product through exchange.. the packaging was good and was delivered in 2 days. well done Flipkart there. coming to the product, 1- the build quality is good.. 2- comes with Free DOS, though any other OS can be installed easily. the drivers were also easy to install from hp support. 3- the display is good too. 4- the battery backup was good. 5- the only bad thing about it is the speakers are at the bottom surface. 6- the keypad is not back-lit. though not a major issue, but still worth mentioning.. :)

HP is one of the most trusted brand for laptop. Laptop is good looking and easy to carry. Keyboard and displays are nice. Though I didn't like the touchpad. I purchased this laptop under 10% Citibank cashback offer, hence got it for a very good price. Great configuration considering the price I paid. In most of the laptops of this range, either the hard disk was 500 GB or the processor was of 4th generation. In this laptop I got the combination of 5th generation laptop and 1 TB hard disk. I installed Windows 10 in this laptop and it is working very smoothly. Flipkart service was great, I ordered on Aug 28 with delivery date of Sep 5 but I received the laptop on Sep 01.

Hello Flipkart, I want to Buy this laptop but, it shows there is only one slot for RAM and can not extend it from 4gb. But everywhere else (HP Site, Amazon, Snapdeal ) it shows there are 2 slots for RAM. 1 is occupied and 1 is free. Please Make it clear as i want to buy it from Flipkart only.
