I have bought it from a store because I wanted to load windows 8 in it and I don?t know how to install the drivers etc. Pentium dual core 4Gb ram/ 500 gb hard disk is good enough for my official uses as to run tally and MS office and all other day to day computing work. No heating issue and noise at all very sleek and elegant look at the price that I have bought it with Laptop bag .

Well I must say it's a Good one from hp Pretty much slim light weight and able to play high resolution movies Overall best in class and flipkart I love you

Best lappy in 20000 but if in our budget try to bye 1 TB HDD laptop. But it's awesome...

Audio output is not good .if you r connecting lap to a 2.1 speaker there wont be any bass and for hearing properly you have to keep the volume of speaker maxed .......

Bright ness is not working

no usb ,blue tooth working on windows 7. from the date of purchase asked for replacement which the seller is not accepted with out any reasoning. they sold a defective product and ask me to contact hp. bad service from flipkart.

I received laptop with a faulty webcam. The webcamera internal cable was detached from its connector and the webcam was not detected by camera apps. I requested for a replacement but it was rejected. I contacted HP support and their service person came next day and fixed the problem. Not satisfied with the seller and product.

Pathetic laptop don't buy waste of money... Some in build issue...

I got this Laptop Yesterday.. But This Not Working Pls Help Me Otherwise i go to consumer court...

I bought the product three days ago. Put windows 7 in it. Totally frustrated because none of the USB porta are working. O had to burn a CD to install the wlan driver in it. After connecting to net, downloaded the drivers, but most of the drivers are not getting installed. When I try to install driver from device manager it shows USB driver not available. I'm irritated by this. Want t return it as soon as possible. If I don't get proper after sales service I'll definitely go to consumer court
