I am using it now for last 20 days and so far good. Only issue I had was with delivery of the product. It was not delivered on the date committed and later on complaint they revised the delivery date. Even then they were not able to deliver on date. Also, the reason was wrongly updated as customer not available at the address. I do not expect this sort of service from Flipkart.

Bought this laptop 3 years ago. Upgraded its Ram to 16Gb with 120GB SSD. Running Smoothly.

Excellent delivery service by FK, really impressed this time as i got this laptop with in 24 hrs of placing the order. product was properly packed & sealed. specification are same as mentioned on the website. i bought this as free dos so had to update OS for Wifi drivers otherwise no problems at all. laptop is really good at this price.

Product is as described. Graphics, ram, hd all working great. I needed to update my windows to get graphics and wifi drivers. Delivery was on time as well. Keypad doesnt have the properties button but you can open the properties by shift f10 or simply click the right mouse button. So overall an awesome product

You wouldn't find such configuration with another company. Installed it with Win10 and it's working like charm. Bought it at Rs32240. Pros: Boots up fast with Win 10. 8GB RAM is more than enough for daily chores. 1 TB HDD is also very good. 2 GB Graphics card should be good with games HP Support is helpful during troubleshooting. Cons: Had to download all the drivers manually. But installing them is easier. Use HP Support Assistant for driver installation.

I have been using this product for almost around 2 months. Speed is good. Gaming experience is good. Good display. Touchpad is very smooth. Keyboard is good. Webcam is good. Had a graphics card driver issue.The driver given in HP website is not working.I had to download the graphics driver from Intel Official website. Now it is working perfectly fine. Flipkart delivery service is superb. They have delivered the product within 3 days. Sound quality is good. Only problem is that driver has to be downloaded from HP website. But installation is very easy.

Got it yesterday and is working like a butter..smooth and fine.Got all the drivers.Getting and installing drivers will be a headache for a layman.But after a bit of a google you can get all the drivers.Highlights: 1.Look and feel is just awesome.Has a matt finish on body which makes it stand out. 2.Has an onboard (Intel 5500 graphic card) and 2 GB dedicated graphic card of AMD.You can switch as per your requirement. 3.Drivers listed on hp official product page are not correct.Had to download it separately from Intel and Amd site. 4.Also drivers for Ethernet controller has to be downloaded separately. 5.Installed windows 7 ultimate and is working charm.(As 7 was my personal preference) 6.Without any doubt you can use it for gaming and office. 7.All the specs mentioned on product page are upto the mark. In some reviews buyer has mentioned about brightness issue.It can be solved by installing correct drivers of graphic card.Take my words brightness and graphic are working fine, Overall very nice and in budget product from HP.Surely you can go for it.

But for normal users, it does not lag, and it's not an issue at all. The speakers are not much loud! The battery backup is average, not quite GOOD, but the powersaver mode saves your battery. The main thing is that you get brand ONSITE SUPPORT, where in you can go forward for any of your problems. Package arived before estimated delivery date as usual (as per my dealing experience with FLIPKART so-far, always got my Item before estimated date) Packing was good, no damage detected, well packed with bubble sheet. Regarding Laptop Looking good (but missing glowing Hp logo), sleek, light weight. Keypad is nice (backlit facility not present), touchpad is awesome including surface. Power indicator light on power button is missing. Display is also nice but detecting a red spot (dead pixel) on lower screen, SELLER/FLIPKART should give me the solution for the same. Sound with internal speaker quite good but it?s better to keep speaker grill on upper side instead bottom of the machine. Sound with external speaker is splendid. True DTS. Overall it?s a good deal.

This laptop is best in this price range.I decided to buy a laptop for my college work as i m a student so with my daily work i also play games. for all i can say is this is the best laptop under 40K and no doubt flpkart service is efficiently increasing day day by as i got this product 2 days earlier from day of delievery

I ordered for this product after doing enough survey. I got this laptop today. Believe it or not, the looks were far better than I expected. Very good packing by flipkart. About the laptop. It have every specifications as mentioned in flipkart. But.. U will have to download every single thing including drivers, if you are planning to install windows OS. It takes time. There is no cd with drivers. Package contains adapter, battery, laptop. Physical and functional features.. Laptop is thin. Not too heavy and have an elegant look too. Good sound quality, video quality, camera is ok. I tried playing 4k video and it works smoothly. What else.? Ya, gaming.. Well I got this laptop few hours before. Will update a detailed review that includes gaming experience too..

Laptop is very good but they should have included the driver cd in it. It took one day for me to find all the driver from different site. Driver mentioned in hp official site is not correct or upto Mark. By googling Downloaded software from intel site for processor, amd radion site for amd graphics, and realtek semiconductor site for Ethernet controller ( one of the biggest headache for me). Now laptop is working fine..u can go for it.

After about a month research, I bought this laptop at 33250 . Initially I doubted this laptop configuration hence I will like to present some fact about laptop. *Fact1: In hp india website there is no mention of amd radon graphics card 2gb. *Reality: When you purchase laptop when you check graphic config. It will show nothing. You have to install switchable amd Intel graphic driver to detect amd graphic card. *Fact2: Laptop comes with full brightness don't try to press any button or don't waste you time on controlling brightness.Its neither defect. *Solution: just install switchable graphics driver it will get automatically solved! I will suggest you to install win 10 x64 to unveil it's true power. Install driver wisely . If you don't get drivers or you are confused about driver just call hp customer care. And ask them to mail you all drivers. Just download and install those many drivers and you are done. Laptop working smooth battery backup is 2hrs working after almost 1 week use.Got addition 2 years total 3years on-site warranty at 1500rs more. Kudos! Cheers!
