Q1 is laptop has provided with good producer?

Its a very good one.only thing I was upset is that its made in China.Its better that to avoid made in China in online stores in India.

Good... But processor is of old model.

Average performance

Lasted 3 years. Average battery life and display. A bit heavy but otherwise a good performance laptop. Great for minimal work and personal use.

Never buy it. Its an outdated system. Very slow.

I am not able to find the product key also their is no Ms excel in this....not satisfied :/

This is by far the worst PC I have ever used. Slow beyond description, it takes as much as 15 seconds to open a new window in Chrome, 15 mins to boot and 4 seconds for the mouse to respond. No self respecting online portal will allow this machine to be sold on their platform and shame on HP that they actually have the gall to sell junk like this to consumers. I would rate it a zero if I had that option.
