I Buy Hitachi side by side 660lts is excellent fridge black color its good cooling performance . Good service from company.

Been using it for a while. The only painful thing is the ice making process. Should?ve made it easier to make ice.

Worst service of Hitachi company would have given -5 stars for service. Within 2 months compressor got short and no support staff is responding in proper way.Worst company takes heavy premium but do not provide such services

 Do watch the video before buying Hitachi products. There is no response from Hitachi. This is a 3 day old fridge.

Poor quality products. Pathetic after sales service. Unresponsive customer care. Extremely arrogant staff. That's the best way to define Hitachi. I got a fridge about an year ago which abruptly stopped working. Initially i was told that there is something wrong with the mini computer/ IC (whatever that is called). Thereafter they said that the compressor has worn out and it needs a replacement. The customer is required to bear the expenses for refilling the gas which is about INR 3700. Even the new compressor was unsuccessful because they claimed that the cooling coil also needs replacement. Cost INR 3200. Even thereafter the fridge did not work because the damper too needed a replacement. Cost INR 2000. Visit charges INR 1500. Time: 22 days and still counting. Hitachi has given the task of after sales service to a lesser known company called "I Care Services" but believe me "They don't really care" as their staff is extremely arrogant. Shell out some extra money and go for more reliable brands like LG or Samsung.
