The product hitachi 318l double door refrigerator is of excellent quality refrigerator.The cooling is very good and the non veg food last long and the vegetables remains fresh for a week.This is a good refrigerator with a decent price tag so buyers go for it. Some best part regarding refrigerator are- 1. Silent performance it seems to be silent hardly noise comes from it. 2. Glass finish in the front and premium handle embedded within the door. 3. Big freezer compartment and ice freezes quickly. 4. Energy efficient it consumes 274 unit per year which i could'nt find anywhere not in the official site of jci_hitachi. 5. Hitachi are global manufacturer and their refrigeration technology is great .After GE Kenmore i would vote to buy a hitachi refrigerator.This product is made in thailand. Some disadvantages buying the refrigerator- 1. Lack of service center. 2. Lack of technical support and horrible costumer care they also don't know about the product and gives number of techical support section and their numbers are not valid or either switch off.

By name of Brand, it is no challenges with the product of the any commodities of this Company. So far this Unit of product is concerned, it is a very nice and good looking product of Hitachi. It is a very good size and so slim to keep in any corner of a small size room also. Though its capacity is 318 ltrs. it can be used by a small family having 5 to 7 members without facing any problem as because, there is a big size of storing capacity in side the Refrigerator. Besides, the service of Flipkart is so fast, it is unimaginative. After placing of orders at midnight, the unit of the same has been delivered at my doorstep day after tomorrow. That after one day, the Company Engineer has attended to instal and exhibit the operational functioning of the Refrigerator. So, the service of the Company is also very genuine and fast attending the Customer. Though, I used the product today, it is beyond of my knowledge the quality of the freezing and keeping of freshness of the vegetable, food items etc. keeping inside the Refrigerator. But I believe, no problem will be come up. As the Brand name is enough.

Buy it, fill it, use it, get shocked to see less power consumption

Poor after sale service begining from delivery to installation and demonstration has a worst experience.

Nice produce. Only the missing features are, no lamp at freezer, no alarm when door open. Rest all are good.

Hitachi is Hitachi, imported from Thailand. Quiet performer . Good looking slim inverter refrigerator. The only concern is no person called or came for installation or demo. But as per flipkart demo person has came... I don't understand this magic

Good but bad installation and demo services. Missing features are light in freezer And door alarm . Inverter control is good . Here convertible compartment means milk packet tray can be replaced at top or just above the vegetable basket but not smart convertible freezer as Samsung.finally nice product by Hitachi.

This is good product and best deal and the images provided are not with the actual item i received remaining all are same. This is steplizer free and this is not mentioned in item description. It is verify difficult about the performance at this time and i feel the performance will also be good.

THANK YOU FLIPKART FOR THE TIMELY DELIVERY OF THE PROUCT , it just arrived in suprised on the day of my parents anniversary for which I had planned it for. product installation : it took fairly over 7 days for the brand to send their installation representatives as it was a Diwali week, the wait was very disturbing as our old working fridge was taken in replacement and we experienced the Stone Age evolution once again in the 21st century // men without machines esp. during the festive season Product : after the package was opened by the representative, we discovered a dent on the upper door corner which seems like a in-transit mishandling, can live with it . Overall The fridge is amazing. It was a struggle searching for the Korean brands to make a perfect choice but I settled for this Japanese maker and I'm proud of the space , functionality and clean body ( without too many stickers). I recommend a "buy" to his product.

Product is very good. I am very satisfied. But the installation service was suo moto cancelled by service provider for reason not known to me.
