Great buy as cooling is great

very good n value for money

I am using a blue star 2 ton AC so I can match the cooking of hitachi with blue star 2 ton ac . And I must say that BLUE STAR is the winner . Hope my review help to buyers .

Very nice product

2 tn 4star inverter 2018-2019 model: CMO424HCEA Cooling is good and quick. It takes time for ac to shutdown, I guess that is cause of some dry coil technology. Remote range is not good. It is 2 way swing and not 4 way. Noise level is much better than my old bluestar from 2015 but not as good as mitsubishi heavy from 2019. No display on indoor unite. Indoor unite is silent until you increase fan speed to high which is okay. Outdoor unit does have okaish noise but much better than the bluestar ac I had. Overall good!

Writing a review after more than 1 year of use. To start with, completely satisfied with the cooling. I have another 2 ton LG in the same room..But the cooling of hitachi ia miles ahead. Only con is that it doesn't have a display in the panel so you are not always sure which temp is set in. The only dislay you have is in the remote. But the display in the remote can be changed even if you are away from the ac. So you have to be double sure of the temp set. Less functionalities but superb performance.

Prompt delivery by flipkart, cooling efficiency excellent, value for money. Installation by Hitachi not recommended as their charges being exorbitant when compared with local agencies.

1 week after installation indoor unit is throwing water

Time taking for cooling and power consumption is high.

Within one month of purchase problem started with PCB unit, display and Remote. It took more than 15 days to repair it.

Not cooling in Day time of Summer.

Expected Much better Performance from HITACHI.
